Subway has typically been dependable--until now. In Northern Virginia, the lines would be out the door; the sandwiches were very fresh with freshly baked bread and typically they are clean. Most of all, you could count on your order being "correct." Tonight, we used UberEats for delivery. (They will receive their own negative review on NOT double-checking the order). Our order was a "repeat" order. My husband ordered the Club sandwich salad. He received a salad without the "standard" meat. They also left off the order 4 chocolate chip cookies and bag of chips. The Uber driver shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do, so my husband drove to the Subway to have his salad remade correctly. This is absolutely unacceptable. Due to poor execution of our order and the lackluster delivery, we will not be using UBerEats nor Subway on E. Brainerd.

I don’t know the guys name but it was on 2/13/22. It was clear that he did not want to help us and had a bad attitude towards us. We sat down and ate in store for about 5 minutes and then he suddenly kicked us out and said the dining room was closed. The way he handled it was super rude. Be professional in a working environment, not a brat.

Rude employee behind the counter. Was short, snippy and rude. I had four subs and one I needed to add toppings and he was impatient and trying to get me out of the store. I won't be back

The store manager (didn’t get his name) discriminated against me for having a disability then accusing me of not having a handicap sticker on my car and asked me to move it. I told him I have a disability and he told me I looked “fine to him” I then asked for the district managers number and he told me he was the store manager then proceeded to walk off. Very unprofessional and I will not be back to subway in the East Brainerd area for a long time.

Depends on the employee you get there are a few sweet and nice ones but the ones who are uninterested stand out like a soar thumb.

Apparently the store manager Mike.... likes to follow women out to their cars to harass them. Not to mention how rude he was in the store. Please pull the tape & check the interaction. Hopefully it has sound! We need to speak with the DM..... ASAPThis review was given 2 or more weeks ago & we have yet to speak with the DM Makayla? I guess harassing women isn't high on the priority list. Not to mention I've heard from others that "Mike" is a problem!
