Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki through the online service to pick up on my lunch break so I could back to work quickly and eat. When I opened my sandwich it was not cut as I requested, it had a small amount of chicken. I don't know if they were busy or what because there were zero cars in the parking lot, but they put the steak for Philly cheese steaks on the sandwhich! Why??? Did they run out of chicken? If so, could they not ask if I wanted a different protein? I don't eat cow and I had to give my sandwhich to my coworker and go back to work only eating the chips. Never going back.

I walked into the store. I was not greeted. But a young guy came up and asked me. What would I like? Then I told him what kind of bread that I would like and he got it. One of the other guys that was in the store, picked up a piece of bread off the floor with gloves on and threw it in the garbage. Then he turned around to grab my bread that the other guy has sat down and was beginning to cut it. Changing gloves did he wash his hands. I stopped the guy and they all looked at me like I was funny and crazy and told him. You did not take your gloves off before you touch my bread . They both just looked at me. I stopped him and told him that’s OK. I walked out. The manager came up never said anything and all they said was thank you. Have a good day. I don’t understand why this store is still in business when they have gotten so many low reviews , they need to teach or teach them how to make food and deal with food and take caution on what they’re doing.

Every time I have gone there Thur drive thur it's a wait and they are always rude and mgr is the rudest of all and I just went and got a footlong on white subway club with mustard, tomatoes, pickles and ate half of it and at 3:30a in the morning woke up very sick throwing up with food poisoning and had to miss two days of work because of it and have tried to call and the phone rings several times and someone picks up and hangs up every time and I was trying to let them know about checking their club meat and so I am so tired of the rude treatment by all the staff there and the sad thing is they are not that busy when I go through the drive thur and I try to be nice when they are busy and only one or two people are working but this is when they are slow and several working ..... I am trying to call the higher up and report because nobody should go through that kind of treatment every time you go to the place and I am praying nobody else gets as sick as I have been from it because I am still not up to speedy yet from it ...If they don't answer soon to give me info I need guess I will be letting my lawyer take care of it ...So heads up check your food before you eat and make sure it's is not spoiled....God sees all and Don't Like Ugly !!!

I went thru drive thru , and was told that the system was down to wait, then once I started to make my order I was told that they was out of onions, I replied that I didn’t want the sandwich, the worker responded ok you can drive off as I found very rude and I feel that it should’ve been mentioned to me that they was out of onion before I even started making my order. The worker was very very rude and I will never spend a dime at this location again ?

for other customers' awareness, if you order thru the app, they can be out of items. The store refused to refund me the item not received, they instructed me to use the app to request a refund. there is no way to accomplish this easily on the app. I won't be ordering from this store anymore since they do not care about the customer experience

I had a guy named Julian that made my sub & helped me & he was so amazing! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life. He was extremely professional & I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Everytime I go through the drive thru they’re is never anyone at the window. The employees don’t have good people skills. They are slow when making the sandwiches in person as well.

Smh. First off there’s no sense of urgency at this location. They just look like they are lost and move really slow. Asked for extra cucumbers and was told she could only fit 4 on a foot long. Are you serious? The sub is 13.99 and I can’t have extra cucumbers? They give you toddler portions even on the subway series sandwiches. I got 2 subs with light meat and little to no veggies for 26 dollars. Not again. Spend your money elsewhere.

A review for the Manager!! Came in today and there was no one in the store still had to wait to get service while the employees talking. One employee with headphones on the whole time. Oh, they missed one item and I had to get back in to get it. Please check on them and please them to be nicer to the customer.

The sandwich was thin,even with the deluxe. The manager was rude as she always is, when I visit this location. Store floors were dirty. 3 workers,none friendly . I hate spending money,and being disrespected at the same time. I will no longer visit the Lee Highway location.
