The Chattanooga location is clean & and the staff is friendly, especially the lady who works in the mornings. I like KBL bed, which was completely new to me bc the Dalton location doesn't have the 'spa' option. It increased my tan game. I am grateful for that option. I highly recommend this location!

Candace is the best! Always takes her time with each customer & makes sure each person has their own personalized session. I've seen her training & she seems to explain everything thoroughly. My absolute favorite salon!Services: Tanning

Don't waste your money. Management is the worst. Very dysfunctional operation. Manager says she has to put up with bad employees because no one will work there. So her answer is to upset loyal customers.

Pushy sales on products I don’t need nor want. Always tryna up sell, too. Was a while back, but I had a guy demand to see if I had tanning goggles. The spray tan makes you look like an Oompa Loompa. Most of the girls that work there are attentive and friendly tho. It’s always clean, and the bulbs are bright.

Since when did Garbage Tan City change their rules and not allow us to pay for a 1 time tan?I was willing to pay their ridiculous price for a Instant tan until I go on vacation in a few weeks but they decided to only offer me a great deal for $200 which ends in February.Worst service ever....

Very clean very positive and happy environment the staff were so helpful so courteous and explained everything I needed to know before I signed up for a membership then they gave me all the education on the beds and I came out with a pretty spray tan I am so excited thank you

Went in tonight because I had seen an advertisement for the 5 dollar spray tan. I had visited this location about 2-3 weeks prior and had a wonderful experience so decided to return again. As my husband is dropping my daughter and myself out in the parking lot, we can see the $34 dollar a month spray tanning for a year advertisement, so he then gives me his credit card and tells me to go ahead and get a year of spray tan's because I had enjoyed them so much lately and had such great past experiences at this location, especially the one before tonight's. As soon as we walked in, it was an "issue" that my 6year old daughter was standing beside me, before the "manager" would even listen to me and what I was trying to do, she wanted my daughter to leave immediately? My daughter came to pay and get sprayed too, just like she has before at this same location at least twice before, but now she's telling me that because she can't find my daughters name in their computer system, that now she won't be able to get sprayed and she then preceded to tell me that she had to leave because she couldn't stay in the room with me whilst I sprayed (I could totally understand the UV tanning bed room, but the spray tan one?) AND she WOULD NOT be able to sit in the lobby and wait on me because she was quote "not babysitting" By this time, my daughter is tore, she's got crocodile tears running down her face, she has a pageant in the morning and just wanted to be tan like any other time she gets ready to go to one. I somehow managed to remain calm after being talked to and treated this way? I honestly have no idea how, looking back at how we were treated and talked to. It's at this point that I decided just to get my 5 dollar spray and not even ask about the year subscription to the spray tan for 34 bucks a month. I inform her that my daughter's dad, my husband was outside in the parking lot, and that I wasn't planning on leaving my child anywhere or in anyone else's care??? So finally she starts to pull up my name on computer and asked what I'm doing. I then tell her I saw a coupon for the 5 dollar spray tan, she then looked at my chart, tells me that they're out of the color I always use, some Malibu brown/bronze, and told me she could give me the "regular" color instead? (Whatever that is?) She tells me total and I pulled out a 20 dollar bill, she informs me they don't accept cash, so I pay with my card because I refuse to use my husband's card on this!!! The lady who walked in behind me, left before I even got to a bed? She was getting sprayed as well, I didn't hear them inform her of any colors missing, or that she was going to have to wait on a bed, but I was told I would have to wait. I'm trying to remain positive and as upbeat about this awful customer service I'm receiving.... Finally I get a spray tan bed, and it just shuts off halfway through and doesn't double spray my legs like I ALWAYS have done? I use the phone in the room to call the front desk. I explained that the bed had just shut off without double spraying my legs, just to have her put me on "hold" then pick the phone back up and proceed to tell me that ALL the spray tan beds are messed up right now and not double spraying the legs like they were supposed to be??? And that there was NOTHING she could do. So I asked who was manager on duty and said that I'd be up front after I got dressed. At the front desk is Drew the "manager" who had literally made a problem out of everything since my daughter and myself walked in... smh.. not once did Drew ever apologize about anything that had occurred, or did she offer a visit the next week and tell me that she hoped the machines would be fixed and have all the colors then. NOTHING!!!! She told me that my child was an "inconvenience to me" because I couldn't have her in there (even though she's gotten sprayed there?) This is where my Mama Bear replied with &

My little sister and I came a few weeks ago for a spray tan. The employee couldn't create a profile for whatever reason so put my sister under a random profile. Worked fine and was done. We go back in today, the current employee was absolutely unwilling to help & was dismissive of our previous experience. There apparently was a 2 for $39.99. Because it was too difficult for the employee to allow myself & sister to each use one, we were dismissed. All it all, it appears training and education is lacking & unless you're willing to lay in a bed you're not worth their time. I hate that this was our experience but two times in a row speaks.
