Beware!!!! I signed up for a saving account that was paying 3.9,% interest. At first it was good. I had a large amount in it. To my surprise they changed the rate From 3.9 to 1.9 over night no warning . Talk about feeling like I got robbed. I went to another institution and got 5.5% interest rate. If their rate is going to change they let u know asap by email..

Spoke to customer service which was completely useless - rude. HOWEVER I went to this branch, extremely frustrated, and Denise was extremely helpful and kind. The resolution wasn’t what I hoped (bank rules I guess) but I really appreciate Denise.

They don't answer the phone during the day during business hours, they don't return your calls like they say they will the customer service is atrocious! I'm so disgusted and frustrated!!

Difficult getting call backs. Slow responses. Music while on hold is awful. No directory to reach a specific person on phone. Really slow service applying for a loan.

The only complaint I have is no one can make a cash deposit for me I am mostly bedridden. So I have to get up get dressed get on my walker and go to the bank to make a deposit. my brother banks there and they won’t let him make a cash deposit for me makes no sense to me at all only makes it harder on disabled people.

Branch leader is heart cold and non person with irresponsible communication. Especially towards people of color. Highly recommend is you like your money, DO NOT go to this bank.

Won’t count cash by hand if there’s a discrepancy. Lost $80 from my count vs the machines count and wouldn’t give me the deposit back or count by hand to be sure. The machine can get stuck sometimes and if a discrepancy is that big, it should be counted by hand to be sure. Now I’m out $80 because the worker was too lazy to count out some cash.

Jessica Nash was excellent. She took care of me like family. I really appreciated her professional approach and her positive attitude. I was really concerned with all the accounts I was setting up, but she acted like it was a walk in the park. Definitely the best experience I've had in this branch.

Can never, and I mean never, get anyone to answer the phone. Didn’t have this problem with Suntrust Nor American National since 1991. Truism is not proving to be an upgrade.

This is the worst truest SunTrust bank I’ve ever dealt with I have been with this bank for 47 years and always have trouble at this bank the employees are hateful and act like you’re giving them a problem because you come in I will never come back to this location they have no intentions of trying to help a customer…you are a problem to them …I go out of my way just to visit a different location… It’s making me want to change banks

The new app is terrible and the service is too. I've banked with suntrust for 7 years and am now switching to a better bank.
