Breasia and Veronica were so incredibly helpful today. I changed my account around a lot, adding new devices, and they worked to make sure I get exactly what I want and need and that I got every promotion. It's customer care like this that makes me glad to be with T-Mobile.

Wednesday, January 3rd.The young hispanic man on the clock was calm and respectful. I appreciate his help in setting up my new phone.However, the overweight hispanic girl with dark curly hair was the opposite of hospitable. I was feeling under the weather, so I leaned on an empty countertop while I waited to be helped. She came from the back room and aggressively said “EXCUSE ME” then proceeded to make sly comments to her friends in spanish… not knowing I also speak spanish as I am half black and half dominican. Regardless, I didn’t say anything and I apologized and stepped to the side while I waited my turn.The gentleman assisted me and I thanked him for his patience.As i left, I watched the aggressive heavyset hispanic girl and her friends smile as i was leaving the store.

The girls from T-Mobile Estrella and Veronica are very kind girls at this store and they helped me a lot with my whole transaction the whole time I was there and if you come to the store I would most definitely recommend to go with them they are lovely and have nice attitudes

Chick refuses service and locked the door because she was the only worker. All we needed was a wifi box and be out her hair but she wanted to be on the phone laughing not doing her job while there was another hour of the place being open and 3 other customers that were inside.

Worker is in the corner enjoying her conversation with someone not work related. We go to walk in and she refuses us saying she is the only worker already dealing with a customer. She wasn't near them helping at all. We got there an hour before close as well. Plenty of time for what we needed done.

Absolute horrible customer service. I went to the T-Mobile store on Brainerd Road and didn’t realize they closed early. There was a Hispanic girl with black hair and another woman in there. They kept talking to me through the door and laughing at me and they said they were close. I sat there and waited a few minutes and I noticed the Hispanic girl working at T-Mobile let other Hispanic people inside after she told me they were closed. Don’t recommend going to her for help.

Super unprofessional and rude. I went there to get a new phone, bc I switched to T-Mobile and was supposed to get a new phone with the switch. I went up to the counter to explain my situation. I looked up and the 2 girls behind the counter just stared at me. They asked if I had ordered the phone to be delivered - I explained that had not ordered any phone that I was trying to get a new phone that was promised with the switch to T-Mobile. The supervisor manager (super rude!) started to argue that that was not what I had asked for. I wasn’t going to go back and forth about what was said so I corrected my statement. She then told me that I created a mix up I went to ootlewah store first to get the line switched (which doesn’t even make sense since my account can be pulled up at any T-Mobile). Long story short…the staff (especially the manager/supervisor) kept wanting to argue (which was unnecessary) and was rude and very unprofessional. From now on I will take my business to the ootlewah T-Mobile location and stay clear of this place. They are not helpful whatsoever.
