I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a typed note expressing gratitude and our request to contact this manager if there's any issues with our order. I appreciate this person taking the time to make the notes and the workers putting it in customers' bags or boxes. Thank you.Vegetarian options: They replace the meat with black beans. If you go on their app, they have lots of way to adjust for your benefit.Parking: It's right by the busy street, so be careful.Kid-friendliness: My kids love going with their mom to Taco Bell. It's a special treat.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of spaces to move with a wheelchair. I don't think they have auto open doors yet. Would be nice though.

I went to Taco Bell and nicely placed an order. Where I was been given, has my order wrong and half of a quesadilla hi kindly drove back around and asked to have that fixed and I was treated very poorly by the staff. I feel like this is completely unacceptable especially when I was very polite to them. Terrible service, and then, after they tried to tell me that I was lying about my food, they slam the window shut without saying a word.

Go in to order, they tell me to use the kiosk to order, 30 seconds later someone else comes in, they get to place order at counter, they get their food within a minute, I have to wait over 10 minutes for mine. Way to go taco bell. Won't come to this one again!

The wait in the drive thru was absolutely insane... And I wouldn't be so upset over the wait if the food was hot and fresh but to sit and wait for so long only to have a mushy "crunchy" taco is ridiculous.

I love Taco Bell. It's probably my favorite fast food restaurant, but be careful when you go to the drive-thru. Sometimes they like to forget your receipt so that if they forgot something because their timed on how many orders they get done in like 2 minutes. So they'll forget the receipt so that you can't protest. They forgot something so just be careful and make sure you ask for a receipt on a drive-thru order

I'm pretty sure the food was left over from the night before. We ordered a few items off the value menu and the rice in my burrito was crunchy with almost no beans, the chicken roll up was the smallest I've ever seen at a TB and the regular menu item I ordered was a chalupa and the shell was 100% stale. Most of the time, I can overlook bad food if the service is good because sometimes things happen, but all the employees were in the back. When an employee did see us, she said someone else would be up to help, and it took several more minutes before we were assisted. I'd steer clear of this one until they get some things in order.

Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant. The flavor-packed food is a party on my tongue every time. And there are great vegetarian options since that is what I always get.Vegetarian options: I always get vegetarian from Taco Bell and it is incredible every time!!

I ordered two chicken quesadillas. They had pieces with nothing in them at all and the pieces that did have anything in them, had only sauce and cheese. Not ONE piece of chicken in the entire CHICKEN quesadilla.

We just left the drive thru line at about 10:28 and ordered a deluxe box, grilled cheese nachos fries, large nacho fries, steak quesadilla, AND a cheesy Gordita crunch. When we got home (2 mins away) and checked the bag. We were missing the gordita crunch. We were hesitant to call but why would we spend money on a product we didn't receive? When I called (at 10:34) , a lady who was very dry answered and i explained that we're missing an item. She told me to wait on hold and after 3 mins I was still on hold. Over one taco. Then every time I called after, they had the phone off the line to not receive calls. I want my money back or a taco. Y'all pick
