Charged me 150 for a dang oil change that was 60$ at Walmart. DONT GO HERE GET OIL CHANGE AT WALMART. This is so overpriced and I belive I got scammed becuase what is over 100$ for an oil change???

I have been getting my oil change here for quite sometime and the manager with the bumps on her face was not helpful and had an attitude. I will be visiting again to see if she lies about my car again. And if so I will be calling your corporate office

Morgan and all the staff were extremely professional and explained in detail without me asking the cost of oil change, therapeutic of oil change required and why I needed the specific oil change for my car which was a foreign car. He also gave me a discount coupon as it was Christmas and maybe he felt sorry for a senior citizen. They checked my tires and confirmed with showing me the lipstick that the oil change had been completed. I will definitely return for my next oil change in 3 months. I had a good experience getting the oil changed on my Accord, second time I've used this location, for two different vehicles, and I haven't had an issue either time.

The price for an oil change was about $50 higher than competitors I have been to with my same vehicle. Although the team was nice and did the job quickly, I was shocked at the cost.

I’ve had a bad experiences here. The first experience was actually good but I went with my mom to get an oil change and they were telling to pull forward which I slowly was and they were telling me where to turn and I was doing what they were telling me. When I noticed my car was in on under. I apologized, but I was doing what the guy was telling me. Then they call their boss to tell them what’s going on. I don’t know who she was. All of the employees there were laughing the fact that my car was stuck instead of being professional they thought it was a joke to them. Whenever she got my car out, she handed my mom the keys, and my mom told her that we were doing what the employee was telling us to do and she was like well will see about that. We will be looking at the surveillance cameras. Her and her employees were looking at me and my mom a certain way and I feel like that shouldn’t have happened. I was here to get an oil change and that was it. There was no need for the disrespect at all. I definitely will not recommend anyone to come here if this is how they treat their customers. Their customers service is so bad because they clearly make fun of their customers. ESP someone who barely got their license. Also they never even did my oil change either which is ridiculous. This place needs to coach their employees of respect.
