The Chattanooga shop pointed out to me that the Woodstock shop had used the wrong bolts to put my skid plate back on. They could not change my oil as a result. Call to the region office resulted in a very nice conversation however no one has done anything to help me since then. It's been 2 weeks and I have made return calls and still no response.Very disappointing as the guys in Chattanooga seem to know what they were talking about but were helpless to help me.

It was a great experience unlike the time before when I was told my truck had an oil leak from every where. I explained I had my driveway pressure washed and there have been no oil spots. I still have no oil spots

The white Mexican guy did me so wrong wouldn't give me a top off wouldn't put 2 courts of oil in my car told me if I don't do 3 he could not put 2 in my car I was going to pay for it then I went down the street to get serviced and they told me I only need 1 court of oil I was so disappointed want another oil change but I don't know about take 5 service they always been good to me but that day was badServices: Air & cabin filter replacement

Horrible experience. Employee was rude and condescending. Instead of taking the time to explain issues, they instead made me feel stupid. He was very sassy towards the end of the interaction. So glad I live in another state and won’t have to come back.
