Each time I come to this Target it looks even more in a worse shape than before. Everything is scattered on the floor, horrible stock. It's like the employees haven't cleaned the store since 2021 or something

To the little blonde lady in customer service named Alleen? I'm not sure if I spelled your name correctly or not. You didn't have to be so rude to my daughter today as she was only trying to return an outfit. What ever happened to being kind and courteous to your customers? Please do better and try not ruin people's day.

They won't open check out lanes if the lines are long at the self checkout: they will make you wait. If you ask where anything is either they don't know or will guess (incorrectly). They don't really want to hire more staff. I'd rather shop at Walmart despite them not being so great.

Came in to shop. Saw a great deal advertised on the shelf. Got to the register and the item didn’t ring up correctly. They refused to make it right and left the sign up. The manger was very rude instead of just explaining the situation. Her name was Alicia’s. 12 pk is on the signage not 12 oz. Target advertising mistake shouldn’t be passed off to the customer.

The store itself is ok and the staff is always helpful.
DO NOT use their drive or in store pick up service. The wait time is extremely long. You are better off going in the store and purchasing it personally.

Horrible, unfortunately. Merchandise everywhere. Not the employees fault as they are most likely overworked and severely under-appreciated. Target has hit rock-bottom.

I had never seen a Target in this bad of shape. Trash overflowing out of garbage cans, hangers on the ground, having to also step over literal trash through the store, merchandise and clothing covering the ground (honestly a tripping hazard waiting to happen), and SEVERAL pallets of boxes around every corner. There was no room to shop, between all of the mess and the people. Target, you need to get some help for this store. I had went a couple of months ago to this location and it was in bad shape back then as well. Pics I took were only a GLIMPSE of what I saw. Unfortunately, save your time and go to another Target location.

Only reason I go here is because of starbucks. Staff is rude and not helpful. No one seems to know where anything is or they are too busy to help customers. Produce is terrible here. Bought a bag of apples and almost everyone of them was nearly rotted.I had a pickup order where 2 of the items were canceled and out of stock. When I went back to the men's clothing department with another employee we found 3 of them. Do better Target.

Today 6/22/24 while checking out at the self checkout the older gentleman guiding shoppers to checkout lanes let all of us know a new checkout lane was opening. When I tried turning into the lane that had just open he grabbed my cart and pushed it back at me and said wait that lady has been here forever. We actually had been waiting longer than the lady he let through. And we knew the lady had been waiting less because we moved out of the way for her to get into a check out lane. That man is disrespectful and he shouldn't be putting hands on anybodies carts like that. His actions were very uncalled for.
