Tatum Park is peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. What I don't get is the "City" puts in gardening and let's weeds take over. Also on Anderson and Holly. Its a bloody overgrown mess. In the winter it was beautiful cause it was dead. Now it's dead and overgrowth.Thanks for letting me post.
