I have no idea how many times I've gone in, but I could easily spend HOURS here! The selection of vendors is fantastic, the atmosphere is great, and the employees are the friendliest of all!

I honestly can not get enough of this place! I have decorated my movie room and library solely based off of the pieces that I bought here. Get a latte and block out an hour or two to REALLY look at everything. Move over, Home Deco Dept at Target! THIS is the place to go!

We were in Chattanooga for one day, and came across this shop by accident. With five kids in tow, it looks like it should have been a disaster in the making, but every kid found something cool to bring home, and most found multiple things! As you can see from the pictures, you never know what you’ll find around the next corner! It’s huge, with tons of different areas, each with their own themes and eras. A must-visit if you’re in town!

This was my first time to visit this store and it is close to home. I found it very interesting and massive. We spent over an hour there digging through several layers of little treasures. The only thing I did not like was the majority of the prices. I understand it is how antique shops go, but some things were nice with ridiculously high prices. Having said that, I will be returning most likely but will have to move through even slower to try to find the rare good prices.

My family loves the Refindery! Great spot for exploring and finding vintage pieces, gorgeous antiques, quirky stuff, or architectural salvage including salvaged antique hardware (great if you have an older house like we do).

Cool stuff. But my husband came through on a trip home from Missouri to Atlanta and paid $100 for an item that was slightly too big to fit in his vehicle. They wouldn't let him try to load it before purchasing, which is fair. What isn't fair is how they handled this development. They have refused to refund my husband even though he obviously had to then drive home to Atlanta without the item. This is a 100-mile drive. The store owner basically told him he would have to come back from Atlanta to pick it up. I could hear the employee and then the store owner on the other end of the call while my husband patiently and respectfully reexplained his situation and asked if they would consider a refund, and they were rude and dismissive. A business that lives and dies by store policy without even thinking about giving special consideration to extenuating circumstances like this does itself no favors.
