“I was Blessed to take a tour of the 'Ladies of Charity thrift store' today. These wonderful ladies were working throughout the back room & upfront retail. Everyone had various stations and were very efficient. It was an inspiration to witness dedicated Christians at work for Jesus. Priscilla from St Stephens who volunteers in many organizations is a treasure in helping others as these ladies were in this worthy cause to help the homeless and seniors in need. May God Bless you all and have a Blessed Thanksgiving!”

“Ms. Yevola Green was extremely helpful and especially in our time of need. We had an emergency arise where we needed a dishwasher quickly and Ms. Green and her management team assured us the item would arrive in a timely fashion, and it did! They also communicated well and gave clear instructions on how to pick up our dishwasher and bunk bed we ordered. Making this process seamless for us. Thank you all so much! I wish you all were remaining in business.”
“That have a lot of great used gear for cheap prices. I've been able to find parts and tires for my bike for great prices. Plus they give back to environmental causes which is awesome!”
“I always have a great time shopping here, the prices are always reasonable and the staff is always friendly. Morgan the cashier was super helpful and fun to chat to. I will be donating here in the future.”
“On my way to work one brisk December morning, I realized I left my work shirt (black polo) at home! Frantic, I called Providence at 8:20 am (store opens at 9am, same time I had my first client appointment) and in hopes of asking if I might be allowed to make a purchase before my first client…A kind man obliged and let me buy a shirt 15 minutes before opening! ABSOLUTE SAVIOR of the day! Eternally grateful to the kind gentlemen who assisted me… he even went as far as to pre-browse the shirts before I arrived and picked out a selection for me to look through!!20/10 customer service today!!!! Blessings!!!”

“The staff in this salvation army are very caring and sweet!! They have alot on their plate helping everyone and they do good with their system. Thank you so much for helping me!! God bless”
“They have no business playing such good music. Every time. Today I left there with some clothes, a dresser, and three new songs in my Spotify library. The cashiers always seem to be friendly and full of personality. Probably because their music slaps and puts them in a good mood.”

“The best place to find a bargain. This year is Goodwill's 100th birthday. ? Our team enjoyed in celebrating this success. We also look forward to what the future brings.”
“I love this place so much. Good rotating inventory, they make the most of their small space. Good selection of plus size clothes, kids, jewelry, home decor. I rarely leave here without something!”
“I’ve been coming here for 20 years but have never seen it so well organized and clean. Walk in the door and see straight clean lines of clothes. Puts regular department stores to shame!! Found some treasures and very friendly staff. Keep up the good work Goodwill!! Love the music too! ?”
“In the heart of Redbank, Tennessee, nestled between the comforting aroma of Lilly Mae’s diner and the shining sedans of the local car dealership, stands Red Bank Thrift—a store with as much charm and character as its owner, Chris Shirley.
Chris, a spirited Georgia Bulldogs fan, has infused Red Bank Thrift with an eclectic mix of sports memorabilia, making it a shrine to his beloved team. Visitors can always count on a hearty debate about last weekend's game or a spirited prediction for the season ahead, all delivered with Chris's signature grin.
But beyond the Bulldog banners and game-day chatter, Chris’s true passion lies in serving those around him. Red Bank Thrift is much more than a store; it's a sanctuary for people from all walks of life, especially those facing tough times.
Whenever a devastating house fire strikes someone in the community, Chris is the first to step up, providing clothes, furniture, and whatever else he can gather from his shelves. “No one should feel lost or alone,” he'll say as he hands over a bundle of essentials to those who need them, ensuring a swift return to dignified daily life.
As the chill of winter rolls over Redbank, Red Bank Thrift transforms into a warm refuge for the homeless. Chris extends an invitation to anyone seeking shelter from the biting cold. With floors lined in blankets and hot meals dished out with a side of cheer, the store becomes a sanctuary. Soup pots simmer over converted hot plates, and the laughter and conversations shared beneath the glow of overhead lights provide warmth beyond what any temperature can measure.
During these quiet, comforting evenings, Chris shares more than just food and warmth. He speaks of his faith with an earnest simplicity, witnessing to his guests about Jesus and the promises of hope and salvation. His words offer an added layer of solace, encouraging others to find faith in difficult times.
Amid juggling the shop, helping those in need, and indulging in his beloved Bulldogs, Chris somehow manages to make each person feel valued and important. Whether finding the perfect warm coat for a shivering shoulder or sharing a hot cup of coffee over tales of past games, Chris's presence is a constant source of joy and support.
For those lucky enough to call Chris a friend, his kindness is an unending source of inspiration. While his plate seems impossibly full, Chris always finds room for one more act of selflessness. His actions don’t merely serve; they uplift and unite the community, knitting together the lives of many who visit his little store on the corner of Redbank.
In a world often shadowed by challenges, Chris Shirley shines a bright light, showing everyone that true wealth lies not in possessions, but in the depth of giving and the strength of friendship.”
“Rachel and Larissa are always so friendly and I absolutely love to shop at this Goodwill. It’s very organized and everyone is so nice! They always greet me and it’s such a pleasant Thrifting trip!”
“The most polite individuals and one of the cleanest stores I’ve thrifted. Their selection of clothing, shoes and handbags was fantastic . Plenty of ornamental jewelry as well. I was blessed to have found this store by happenstance.”
