Called in to see if they had my tire in stock. Employee picked up the phone and rudely told me there’s no way for them to know which tire they have. I told him the make and model and he said I was ridiculous. I asked to speak with someone else and he said no. Genuinely shocked I was talked down to by this employee because I don’t have the automotive experience as much as the employees.

I usually go to Tire Discounters for the deals. However they won’t just sell me the tires. The guy claimed that “we have to install them due to liability”. This is this first time in my entire life I’ve been told that. I’ve never been to a tire shop, that won’t sell me tires.

No, a lugnut was left off and I was going out of town and had to stop at O'Reilly to get a lugnut and a tire iron to put it on.

Vehicle was brought in for tires, alignment oil change and wiper blades. I had an appointment for 8:00am. Vehicle was dropped off at 8:00am. I got to the shop at 4:00 pm and vehicle was not finished. Oil change and wiper blades were never done. Very poor service

The guys here at Tire Discounters are outstanding. I had a flat tire on my way to work and they agreed to patch it even though I arrived just minutes before they closed. They took their time to fix the tire carefully, even though that kept them past the time they closed. I’m so thankful to have ran flat close to here, and look forward to using them for my tire needs in the future.

Once upon a time I rated these guys a five star, but management has changed. Today I was there for two hours with a pre-arranged appointment and the previous time for three hours with an appointment, for only an oil change. Price has gone up a lot but that pretty much is the case everywhere. I've been using this Lee Highway location for at least 15 years but next time I'm switching to the Gunbarrel Road location. I'm leaving on friendly terms but am definitely leaving. Hopefully for their employees job security they will get things figured out.
