Not only did they efficiently handle my oil change, but when my car wouldn’t start, they promptly resolved the battery issue as well. By far the best experience I've ever had buying tires! The General Manager actually helped me with selecting the best tires for my truck. I was so impressed, I brought my wife's car back for brakes and new tires. Not only do they have the most competitive tire prices but the best staff as well.

Daniel Sawyer at Tire Discounters was a tremendous help when I arrived at the shop needing a tire repair. I was in and out within 45 minutes! Daniel was knowledgeable, courteous, and very efficient! I’ll be back if needed.

This place is good for cheaper tires. But when it comes to customer service they lack a lot of that. Especially the manager, I was leaving Friday after getting two new tires and heard him tell someone it was going to be a two hour wait for them to CHECK a tire for a woman who just wanted to know if there was a leak or something going on. (I was the only one in the store why would it take two hours?)
So after leaving Friday afternoon with my two new tires I started to realize my front end was BOUNCING & I called to let them know I would be bringing it by Monday morning. I called all morning from 8 - 9:30 and couldn’t get anyone to even answer the phone. I pull up to the place at 9:40 and there are only two cars in the parking lot so I’m not really sure why nobody could answer the phone. I usually go to discount tires and although I would have paid a little more for my services it would have been worth it because I wouldn’t be dealing with this. My car had no problems prior bringing it in, they put my new tires on the back and the tires with less tread on the front. Not to mention I took pictures of my rims prior to this 2nd service bc one of my rims were scratched up so bad and I know it was not like that before but of course when I mentioned it they brushed it off.
This place is an absolute joke and they’ll do and say whatever to get your money but they don’t care about the service they give you or what happens to your vehicle. I even asked them to check my alignment the first time and they didn’t, they just did a “shake down”
Not sure why they didn’t check the alignment after I asked them too & Daniel said they would. But I learned after I called Friday evening and spoke with the manager that they did not check the alignment. The manager is not friendly, he’s short with his responses. Discount tire would NEVER. Everyone is so friendly there & I’m so upset that I chose to come here just because the tires are cheaper.
UPDATE: MY TIRES WEREN'T BALANCED CORRECTLY. Tell me how that happens? I know when they pulled the car up they could have felt the bouncing in the steering wheel because I felt it as soon as I left that friday. UNREAL
