This is not the place for anyone who cares about their car or wants a custom alignment. This shop pretended they were going to follow my request and then didn’t do it. I asked for a specific alignment, they said they could do it and wrote down exactly what I wanted. Then they gave me the factory alignment without telling me, which I made very clear I didn’t want because I had upgraded control arms (oem). As I was paying the guys behind the counter made jokes to another about how dumb the people are who want a custom alignment. What kind of alignment shop hires people who don’t even understand how an alignment works? I took it to another place after and they told me the alignment didn’t match the sheet they gave me, which also means their alignment machine isn’t calibrated properly. Long story short, I’ll never go here again

I highly recommend these guys at the gunbarrel rd location. They're as honest as anyone I've ever dealt with on tires or wheels. They even called themselves out on something i probably wouldn't have noticed for days. They also put themselves thru alot of trouble to make it right and that just goes a long way for me. Richard and Aaron were very professional and went above and beyond my expectations

1hr and 31 minutes for an oil change. Staff standing around doing nothing while my car sits outside with 5 bays open. I will never visit this location again!!!!

We are from Michigan and was driving back from a cruise out of Tampa bay in April. We ran over something and got a flat tire. They said they couldn’t repair it so they put on a new tire. Two problems my car is all wheel drive and a different tire could ruin my car’s transmission. Also when I got back I took the bad tire to a shop up here and they were able to patch it and it’s currently on the car. I’ve tried multiple times reaching out to them to try to get a refund I just keep getting the run around. I am very unhappy that they said they weren’t able to patch it and the tire place where I bought the tire originally was and it’s still a perfectly working tire. I feel absolutely ripped off by a place that says they are professional. I can not recommend this place. Then they left a comment to call them I did and left a message and they never returned my call or anything absolutely the worst customer service one can give. Its sad that a company will take advantage of a traveler far from home and not do anything to help fix the issue that they caused

I was traveling through the area trying to get home when I cracked a wheel, and Tire Discounters really came through for me. Even without an appointment, they managed to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. The service was incredible, the manager was personally communicative and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I’m not from around here, but they went above and beyond to make sure I could get home safely. I’d 100% recommend this shop, even if it’s a little out of your way. Their service, expertise, and kindness truly stood out.

I’m calling my attorney. If I could leave a negative star review I would. First and foremost it took them three times to get my alignment correct. Secondly they scratched my rim. I have pictures of before they had it. And then after. They said there machine couldn’t possibly do this. But yet if there was damage wouldn’t you grab the customer and say hey just pointing this out to you… There sales manager after I showed him the pictures said they definitely did that. After several days they call back and say they couldn’t have done that. And told me they had a wheel guy but I’d have to pay for it. You’ve got the general manager who can’t seem to return your calls. The sales manager hitting his vape inside the store. I’m completely in shock of how this was handled. I will never use them again. See you in court.

Let me take a second to rave praises on both Richard and Aaron in addition to the whole team! I had a major accident that ripped most of the arms, bent bumper, and two ripped tires. They had me fixed up and driving 24 hrs later!!!!! Who else could do that?!!!
Richard stayed late to ensure I got a quick test drive at his own expense and I am so incredibly grateful for the superlative service, timing, effort, and result!!!!! This was even on a Saturday!!!!!!
I’ll be a lifelong customer after this. So incredibly thankful! Below are pictures of the wreck.

BEWARE!!!! I came here for an oil change, and they broke something off with the oil gasket and oil leaked everywhere and almost blew up my transmission. I came back for them to fix it and they replaced whatever they had broken but not correctly because whenever I got another oil change somewhere else, they had informed me that they missed a piece that was very important for my car. When I came back to tire discounters for them to make things right and hopefully help us get things situated, they were no help at all. They caused all of these issues with my car and could’ve caused permanent damage to the engine. Something very basic that car professionals should know, they were absolutely clueless. I will never come here again they have horrible professionalism and customer service. They do not treat their customers right after they mess up and they do not fix it. They could’ve really caused permanent damage to my car and I pray that they didn’t.

I got new tires in Columbus Ohio a week or so ago and had an issue with one of them not holding air. Richard and Aaron worked me in and got me back on the road in record time. I appreciate it fellas!

Completely destroyed my tires.
I took my setup to tire discount to only take the wheels off to give to a buddy since I got new ones.
They destroyed the tires from being extremely aggressive on the tire changer after struggling with them, as they were bigger tires. Instead of asking for help, an employee kept forcing the machine which ultimately tore the seal of my tires, making them unusable.
After confronting them, since they never mentioned anything about ruining my tires, they argued “the tires were dry-rotted, older tires do that, etc…”
I understand these tires were a couple years old, but they were not dry-rotted whatsoever.
Instead of offering a full replacement and taking accountability for their employees actions, they offered me a $200 discount off $1600, making the price a grand total of $1,400 for all four.
I obviously declined as I’m not paying a shop this much money for something that would’ve never happened at another.
I’d be cautious and stay away from this place. Ruining expensive tires isn’t cool, and not owning up to your employees errors is even worse.
