I took my car here to get the 2 rear brake pads, calipers, and rotors done. I was quoted $1600 when i bought the parts for $450. Don't understand how labor could be $1150 for MAYBE 2 hours of work but pretty sure they took advantage of the fact that I'm a woman and they thought I wouldn't know that it shouldn't cost that much. All this after waiting 4 hours for them to give me the quote.

Employee was not very helpful when purchasing my new tires. He was rude. Price and tires were great. Customer service was terrible.

Update. After asking to speak to a Regional manager twice and told that they don’t give out that information twice. I see that someone stating that they are the owner now wants me to provide my personal information including invoice number containing my home address on it.
Let me clarify.
I will do what it take to ensure NOT A SINGLE SOUL gets taken advantage of here.
If Corporate district doesnt reply, then regional manager then corporate or franchise emails will persist. This is unacceptable behavior. Loves should never be placed at risk for a set of front tires. EVER!
How many other have similar issues.
Maybe a law firm is a better place for my requests.
Will update later. Still no resolution without risk to my family and personal safety! Give these guys my home address! They must all be related and cousins!

Nick and Craig at Tire Discounters helped me out so much! Came in earlier in the week looking for 18” 8x170 which is a little difficult to find some but Craig hooked me up gave me lots to choose from. Took just a couple days to get them in and once they did Nick hooked me up with a great deal on mounting and balance even threw in new lugs for my new wheels! Awesome job guys can’t wait to come back!

Man I just got awesome service at tire discounters... I'm from wpb Florida and have my family here on vacation and had to stop for bad tire. we called 1st and when we came i were seen really fast. so they called me up to because they were done fixing my tire and these guys just did somethspecoal and awesome and took care of my fix on them.... I couldn't and still can't believe it. they didn't have to take care of us like this but they did. thank you tire discounts!! ,nick, Tyler and Craig! shout out to these guys here
