Oh man, let me tell you about the kitchen cabinet delivery that turned into an Olympic-worthy performance! Yesterday, we had a semi roll up with our brand-new cabinets, but plot twist: our long, hilly, quarter-mile round trip driveway said, “Not today, big rig!”
No problem for Ben, the delivery driver turned superhero. This guy grabbed a hand cart, loaded it up (three times!!) with pallets of cabinets—stacked higher than my dreams of a perfect kitchen—and hauled them down our driveway like he was auditioning for the World’s Strongest Man.
Now, picture this: a quarter-mile round trip, a steep hill, and a pallet so heavy it probably weighed more than my entire recipe collection (and I’ve got a lot of cookbooks). Ben didn’t just deliver; he conquered that driveway like it was his personal Everest, making sure those cabinets didn’t go full rollercoaster down the slope. Then, he dragged that cart back up the hill for two more rounds. Talk about a workout! I’m pretty sure he deserves a medal, a protein shake, and maybe a cape.
This delivery was next-level, and I’m over-the-moon thrilled with how it went. Ben went so far above and beyond. If you’re looking for a delivery team that treats your cabinets like precious cargo and your driveway like a challenge to be crushed, these folks are your people. 85 stars, no question! ??”
“Used this service when my car towed. They were just down-to-earth country guys. They are pretty blunt with their conversation but I didn't experience any rudeness. Jack was super helpful and even stayed over a little after they were supposed to have closed so that I could get there to take care of my car. “Easy mode of transportation, the buses aren't bad from what we've rode. Only real problem is the buses come late, I'll wait for a bus coming at 8:00pm, then I'll reload and it'll then show up at 8:30pm, very inconvenient.
Edit (12/3/25): Bus was suppose to be here at 4:21pm, now typing this at the same stop ten minutes later.”

“They were on it! Called on a Saturday morning looking for motor home tires and they had them in stock. We tried calling 7 places before calling PCT and nobody else had them. I pick my 3 year old granddaughter up from daycare every Monday and Tuesday. Because I live in Ooltewah we come home right past US express on the way home. Every single time I drive past she’ll say “look grandma!! There’s the big house on the hill” it’s makes her happy and if she’s happy I’m happy!
