If I could leave a negative review I would. I got here at 1:54pm today needing to get some coins counted as I was low on money and they told me that they were already closed for lunch from 2-3p. I asked if they could ask the manager if they could do it and I wouldn't mind if they took like 5 dollars out of it either because I needed the money. They asked and the manager merely repeated that they were closed.... I have been with TVFCU since 2019 and never have I had more issues with transactions and online access to my account than I have in the past 4 months. Hope something changes soon because I heavily considering closing my account there. The issues I have been having are inexcusable for a federal credit union and as a business owner, I find this incredibly frustrating and infuriating as I do not have the time for these inconveniences all the time. Please do better yall...

I have had two visits to this location, and both times, I received excellent customer service from James and Albert. Both were super helpful in offering information about my transaction. I would definitely recommend TVFCU services based on the positive experiences I had with both gentlemen. Additionally, I have had two zoom calls with Horace who took care of some other transactions. He was very courteous, quick and professional. Great customer service from TVFCU!! Thank you!
