Simple and easy to use. The uhall truck did what was needed and all was well. The only issue I had was that I paid for a dolly and one was not provided to me which is why it received 3 stars.

No one knows what's going on ever. Apparently there is client notes. However, I'm convinced that only one department can read it. Anyways, the move I scheduled 2 miles from my house and 3 mile from my new place was moved to a location OUT OF STATE and several miles out of my way. When I got to this location the guy had to recreate a ticket because he didn't know I was coming and couldn't see the reservation. So I spent all that time Express checking in and scheduling a uhaul for nothing. To best the situation when calling customer service they reduced the rate... when arriving at the location... I paid full price and then some because it was further distance to my moves. When I talked to customer service again. They assured me that I would be refunded the amount extra on Monday when the manager got back in. They also told me the manager would be calling me to let me know that the return had be processed and refund initiated. Monday: I wake up to a NEW charge from this lolocation. WHY!!!? So I called them... since the manager did not care to call me. The lady said she just "followed the prompt of the computer" ( see where are the notes on NOT to charge the card any further or TO refund the amount given)(still convinced that the notes are not visible to anyone but who wrote them) she then referred me to... you guessed it... customer service. This time they said oh yea. They were supposed to refund you we will send this out to management.... this will take 3 days for a response. WHAT? I ALREADY KNOW THE REFUND TO A CARD takes 5 business days. So it will be almost 2 weeks before this issue will be resolved. Come on uhaul it didn't used to be this complicated... but if this isn't promptly resolved... I assure you we will try a different service next time.Side note... this is the original location I picked. So when this issue is resolved I will remove it from your reviews

The guy working there was incredibly nice and courteous! He helped me out tremendously and I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to rent a Uhaul or storage some belongings.
