I had not heard of U-Pack until recommended by another company who could not manage our move. So glad I found them. Every person was helpful and professional. The Tampa crew to the Chattanooga crew and the customer service line were all great. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

Well, I took this route to move from West Palm Beach, FL to Chattanooga, TN. After I had secured their service, I was told that I could not have the containers dropped at my new address due to some logistics concerns. I never got told this until 1 container was already full. They claimed that they sent me a text several days earlier. I saw the message way after the day he was sent. They were not diligent in making sure I got that information. Realized that making the money for the freight shipment was all that mattered. The only plus is that 2 pieces of my possessions were broken. I would have to be totally out of other options to take this route in the future.

We moved from Bend, Or to Chattanooga, using U-Pack was the easiest part of all of it! I needed to change my delivery date twice due to a delayed home sale and they were helpful and easy both times. When the day finally came to have the trailer delivered, it was delivered on time without issue and the driver talked to me about the best place to put it for loading, great communication! The only thing I wish I had done differently was talk to you U-Pack about how much space I would need, whatever you think you need add 10 to 20 feet more or ask the experts! The pick up of our trailer went smoothly without issues as well as the delivery to our new home in Chattanooga. The only hiccup was the plywood boards that are placed after it is full were moved, the driver had been sent a picture of them in place, but when we opened it, they had clearly been moved. Nothing was missing at all and it didn’t look like anything had shifted, just a little strange. We unloaded the truck and they were able to pick it up the same day, the rep in Chattanooga was extremely helpful and communicated with us when we arrived, and when the truck was ready to be delivered, picked up etc. Their drivers were also great to work with and really helpful regarding placement and process. I hope to never move 3000 miles again, but if I do I will use U-Pack without question!

U-Pack was amazing from start to finish.. Seamless move from Seattle to Chattanooga.. I couldn’t have asked for any better outcome. The pricing, the customer service and the ease. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! Thank you .. Cindy

As stressful as a move can be, working with unpack was extremely pleasant. It's the one part of my move I did not have to worry about. Unpack customer service were extremely pleasant. Price was what they said it would be. No hidden fees. Dropped off and picked up trailer on dates they said.If you want an honest company and zero worries, choose Upack!

After doing the research, U-Pack made a cross-country (2000 mile) move the ONLY option to go with. They were very helpful and prompt in dropping off and picking up our container. Lacey in particular at the Knoxville dispatcher location made our move very smooth!Would recommend U-Pack to anyone.

TERRIBLE!!! EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS BADLY DAMAGED.. They required 60 blankets, 600' of rope, 16 ratchet straps.. they used none and piled everything in their trucks on top of each other., broke the leg off a 100+ year old secretary, stole the earpiece off my antique wood wall phone, destroyed the door on a brand new clothes LG sanitizer just had bought at Costco (still sealed and had tags on it), antique Coca-Cola Ice chest that had been totally restored at a cost of $1500... they caved in the top and destroyed the paint on the body of it! two of the packers showed up 2 hrs late, another showed up 3 hrs late, they all left early.. I'm not exaggerating when I say "every" piece of furniture was basically ruined! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! OH, they offered me $600 towards the damage, insult!!! there was over $10,000 in damage done...

The facility in Tennessee that started my move was amazing called before coming showed me how to use everything. The company in central valley ca that dropped it off and repacked it up was extremely unprofessional driver had major attitude. Didn't call before hand like I asked numerous of times and showed up whenever they wanted. Way over priced for the size of cubes.

This company LIES they agree to a contract and on the day of the move they leave you hanging. Called and say "We don't service your address and we are not coming. You can pack everything up and bring it to us. " The Chattanooga facility is nothing but USELSESS good for nothing. So I go online and make another reservation and NO Problem, so I call corporate and they check and come back "They are not coming they don't service your area. Just 2 miles away from the service area apparently. But no issue making a confirmed reservation/contract. I have both contracts and plan to bring legal action against both the company and the Chattanoga facility. Leaving someone handing with I don't give a SHxx attitude shows just how pathetic this company and facility is. Thanks to Gordon Movers out of Crossville they had a truck and crew there within 3 hours. Lori is the best. That is what service is all about. U-Pack is useless.

UPack was a very professional and affordable moving option. I had quotes from most major moving companies, and UPack beat their price by close to 50%. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to move!

We had a very steep driveway and the Relocubes worked great for us as a truck would not have worked. It would have taken 2-3 times as long to unload a truck from the bottom of the driveway. Very happy with the drivers, super friendly and accommodating. They got the cubes up the driveway gently and took them away on time. Everything turned out well for us, I would use them again.

We used their vans a fews years ago and it was ok.We used the pods this year and it was terrible. They do not handle the pods with care. You can see all kinds of damage on the pods from the start.We watched them slam one of our pods to the ground during drop-off. A ton of stuff was broken when we open the pod, including a TV.We bought "enhanced coverage" and submitted a claim. They gave us $0 in refunds and would not review our claim further.Service: Out-of-county removals
