A car rear ended my car during stopped traffic on interstate 24 and destroyed my car. The lady at United Wrecker plus the driver Darrell both were so kind and helpful. I was from out of state. They assisted me in every way possible. I would highly recommend United Wrecker.

My son's car broke down in the middle of rush hour in Chattanooga. I called United was on the phone maybe for 1 minute. They got my son's car towed and delivered to the auto shop in a hour or maybe less. Very professional and polite office and drivers. I would go 10 stars if it was an option on this review.

Awesome service, my car was stolen from Atlanta ga, and recovered in Chattanooga at United Wrecker the guys help loaded the vehicle and was very helpful on a Saturday!! Thnks

United Transport was incredible. My car was stolen from Wilmington NC and was located in Chattanooga TN. As one could only imagine the emotional toll this whole experience has been. United Transport was the service that towed the car. Shawna was amazing in helping me get my car back home. She was so comforting and calm assuring me that they would take care of the car till we could make arrangements to get it home. 100% professional and really dedicated to customer service. Thanks again

Can't give a zero rating so they had to get a one for this. The guy that went to tow my daughter's Tahoe on December 23, 2023 at 10:30pm was not nice or respectful. Told them it was $250 to tow it and wanted his money up front. Then after telling them the price told them he was gonna have to get another truck and that was more money and hoped they had it. They didn't get the tow and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Southern hospitality and customer service was given to me and my family when we needed to be towed.our driver was wonderful. He made a difficult situation easier by being kind and service was very timely.
