Just took a minute out of my day to say, ups store in East Ridge Tn rocks, their service is unlike most businesses these days. They were friendly and FAST!!! Great work ethic at this store!

What i said 7 years ago is still true: I have done business with this UPS Store for at least 17 years. I'm surprised to see the bad reviews. There would be hundreds of good reviews if the happy customers were as quick to write them as angry ones are. They have always treated me well, been friendly and helpful, and done excellent work quickly.
They provide many services besides shipping packages. Two I like are fingerprinting and mailbox rentals. I had one of their mailboxes until I recently moved because using their box avoided thefts from my home mailbox or porch because they accept deliveries from FedEx and UPS in addition to the Post Office- including signature required packages. Also, box renters have 24 hour access to their mailboxes. They also provide many copying and printing services.

By far, definitely the nicest UPS store for returning Amazon packages! I’ve been to several different stores trying to make returns and every store is different with their policies and how uptight they are. The ladies that were working on 6 20 2025 at 3:45 PM, thank you so much for Exceeding my expectations with wonderful customer service! I’ll definitely be back again soon.

I just went by to return some things from Amazon as usual and the normal QR code wasn’t working due to a technical issue. Olivia was amazing and very patient to help me find another way to get my items shipped! She went above and beyond!! Thank you Olivia!!

60 lb box, they actually help me get it out of the car and that was concerned about the taping of the box and they said they would take care of it I was in and out in less than 5 minutes

I shipped a package from this store a few days ago and I asked SPECIFICALLY if my personal info would be shared with the person I was shipping to and they assured me it would not be. Well today my customer got their package and guess what! My personal info was RIGHT THERE ON THE PACKAGE EVEN AFTER I REQUESTED RETURN ADDRESS BE THE SAME AS THE SHIPPING ADDRESS. Hope I’m not in danger because these people LIED to me and now I feel very unsafe.
