Fast, efficient, professional, and always so nice! I just know all the young men that work in this store treat their mommas right. That’s how I feel when I’m there anyway lol. How does one random UPS on the side of 153 hire the best team?? Amazon started making me go to Staples for my returns and I’m so sad because Staples can’t even begin to compete with the speed and professionalism of the UPS guys on 153.

Stopped in to drop off car parts for someone. Gaige was very helpful and makes shipping a stress free, fun process. Highly recommend this location and its wonderful staff!

This UPS Store is very clean and friendly. I went into the store to return a amazon package. There wasn't a line and I was greeted by a young man named Gaige he was very friendly to me and helped me with my return very fast. This man needs a raise like this store needs a 5 star raiting. This is the best ups store I've ever been to!

Package delivered to store for me to pick up. They the manager claimed that my phone number was not on it. So he shipped it back saying that it was not properly shipped. The shipper is a pharmacy that has a picture of the label that did have my phone number on it. It was medication that I needed. So thank you for delaying my medication from getting to me. I would suggest a different ups store or carrier.
Update still not happy about it. The store I guess since they figured out it was their mistake got the driver to bring the package back. They called me and I went and picked it up. Sure enough my phone number is on it and the pharmacy phone number as well. All the information was there. They did not feel the need to say I am sorry. So therefore I do not feel the need to change my rating. I can say thanks for making it right. But would have been nice if you said you was sorry for making the mistake.
