I was in this store on Monday , 11/10/25 getting a document notarized with my nephew for an estate. After reading all the negative reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. The young lady working was very polite and took care of us right away. Someone else came in and she politely greeted them while she was finishing up with us. I would recommend this business to anyone needing their services. Thank you and it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Impossible to get a hold of, they damaged my package and items… Then I got up charged because they claimed that my weight was wrong despite them weighing it in their store… Terrible do not ever use UPS

Incompetent , don’t answer the phone should close its doors and fire the staff period paid a premium to have package containing sensitive business documents overnighted … no one knows where package is if not resolved they will hear from my lawyers

I paid extra to send a time sensative package which was ‘guaranteed’ to be delivered by Friday the 1 st. Of August. On said day I find out it may be delivered by Tuesday the 5th of August? 4 days later than the ‘guaranteed’ delivery day. This puts me in a very bad situation. Potentially costing me hundreds of $$. Absolutely unacceptable.

A $3 taping fee per box? Are you kidding me, you're gonna have to use tape to affix my shipping label anyway. $3 total or even a dollar box I could understand. $3 is just a money grab.
Based on the responses from the owner im reading in other poor reviews im gonna guess this owner doesn't really care. Good luck staying in business for a prolonged period of time.

The fact that they give out free pins but you have to pay for tape is wild but other then that everything was fine

Rude customer service.
Ladies who work here has attitude and do not care about customers or providing services. Their tone is disrespectful to some customers and their behavior is nice to some people. This is unacceptable and considered bias. I do not think the owner cares to improve service.

I had a bad experience at this store and I wouldn't want it to happen to anyone else. My job is to drive a truck carrying food and merchandise for everyone and be away from my family. I bought a part for my truck and requested a delivery to pick it up at this store. When I arrived at the store to pick up the package, the store wouldn't give me the package and told me they would return it because they couldn't give me the package. I was never able to pick up the package, and this cost me more days without fixing the truck and a loss of more than $1,200 just because they wouldn't let me pick up a package at this store. A package for which $60 was paid to be sent from Ohio to Tennessee by air in one day. It was an emergency package to fix the truck and deliver my merchandise on time. I just want you to know that a simple decision to not let someone pick up their package at this store may be nothing to you. But for the person waiting for the package, it's a huge loss. I hope they change their policy and allow people to pick up packages at this store. This happened on May 31, 2025.

If you have a pre-paid and pre-boxed Amazon return, be prepared to pay $3 for them to simply tape it shut if you haven’t taped it. I’d assumed it was like the Whole Foods drop-off where it needs to be untaped but that’s not the case and they’re inflexible about this

The worst experience in a UPS store in my life. Every staff member extremely rude and incompetent. Don’t blame the patron for hating life along with your 10 dollar an hour job. If you don’t like taping packages and can’t handle the stress of scanning barcodes then move on to maybe maling bean burritos at taco ball. Who charges 3 dollars for one string of tape? Struggling to pay the disgruntled incompetent employees? Won’t ever go back to this place, hope it burns to the ground
