I went to this post office this morning because they decided I didn't live at my address any longer and stopped my mail. I got there just as they were supposed to be opening at 8:30. I waited for 20 minutes before I just gave up and left. They still had not opened the business!!!

This post office always has a line out of the door and the employees are grumpy and RUDE. They’re always throwing boxes around. Never ever send anything fragile with these people. This place is an absolute EMBARRASSMENT. Please replace the staff here!

Careful dropping off mail here. It just never gets scanned in and may or may not make it to its destination.
We’ve lost 3 packages we’ve sent out through using their “drop box” for prepaid/prepackaged shipments. We’re an Amazon seller, so it’s cost us severely with our product listings.
If you wait in line and try to get them to scan it in, you’ll at minimum get a lecture with attitude, and potentially a complete rejection. Don’t even try it if the barcode is the slightest bit blurry. They won’t manually type the tracking in.
This place is unreliable and the staff needs replaced.

never more than one or two workers, sometimes none at the front. always a long line and the staff always seems mad. i try to be as nice as possible but they won’t even crack a smile. been standing in line for a while now with no sight of a worker, idk if they’re just understaffed or what. i’d be in a bad mood too if i was the only person here so somebody needs to figure that out.

I’ve had multiple packages “lost” through this post office within the last 2 years. The absolute worst and most shocking instance of all however happened this week when I opened up my mailbox (that requires a key) and my package was ripped open and the contents were stolen. I filed a claim and called the local branch about 100xs. You’ll rarely get ANYONE to answer. Someone finally called me back in regards to my claim and I guess had my claim mixed up with someone else’s and were shocked and told me they would review the cameras regarding my stolen contents and get back to me. Naturally they never called back. Finally got someone on the phone the next day and got put on hold for 20+ minutes until they closed.
Horrible horrible service. Cannot believe my 100$ leggings were just stolen right out of my package. Awful.

The worst service in my life. After I corrected Heather(employee) with the wrong information (spelling) of the address 2 times, she refused the service to me. She said, “I ain't gonna do it again, go to another store”. The manager said she is the only one working today so she may tired. I don't know what Curby (manager) does behind the desk when there is only one person who is tired, stressed, and doesn't want to do work in the front and 7 customers waiting in line.
It should better shut down this location.

Terrible customer service. After standing in line for 20 minutes the employee tells me they don’t have tape for non priority packages. With two huge roles sitting on her desk. I turn to leave she says you can purchase some. I didn’t have my wallet because it was an Amazon return. I wish all Amazon returns were through Whole Foods or USPS store where they are actually nice to you. I guess 2 seconds of kindness was too much effort for her especially since she could see for 20 minutes that my label was not taped but instead chose to watch me stand in line so she could be a jerk to me. I will avoid this post office as much as humanly possible. Only takes a second to be a kind person. So dissatisfied with this one.

Oopsie! The postman forgot to shut and lock the mailboxes after he/ she delivered everyone's mail today. It won't even shut without the key. Today is Saturday, so it's going to be like this until Monday. :( I noticed it was left open and immediately got my mail, Thank Goodness, bc I had a check come today! I hope nobody gets anyone else's mail!USPS- I Appreciate and Love you guys to death, but Please slow down so you don't make anymore mistakes like this.

This office claimed that a package was delivered, when it was not. Claimed mailbox was full for over a month and resent all mail to the sender. This was false, I check and collect mail twice a week. In reality, they claimed the address "vacant" after 3 days. Contacted the sender, mail was not received.I'll admit, the office staff member on the phone was patient and polite, although I've never been so politely called a liar before.I am sure this is not a reflection of most staff members, the usual courier is great, rather procedure and policy are just absent on behalf of the postmaster's accountability.
