This post office is such a waste of time. Been trying to track down a lost package that is insured for $100 and they told me it’s tough love around here and too bad. They delivered to my old address after I had filed an address change. They weren’t going to do anything about it. The guy Kim tells me to come back when the supervisor is there, but refuses to tell me the supervisor‘s name or a day the supervisor will be there. I asked the man for a phone number and he writes down the same number that is on Google to call the store. The same number I have been calling for weeks with no help that told me to come into the store to file a claim. The guy is just like too bad and doesn’t care. He refused to provide any information to help.

This is an awesome USPS location. Each individual truly cares about the customers they serve. Kyle and Kim, along with the rest of the team, always go above and beyond to help every customer with a smile.

Mail lady Lies about picking up packages. She will say she attempted to pick up and doesn't even get out of her mail car to look and see if it's there. Because she doesn't want to have to get out and walk to get it.
It's your job do it right or don't do it at all it's ridiculous. People have time lines they have to meet. And can't do that when the mail lady isn't doing her job right. 🙄
Update 01/ 11 - my package has been sitting on my porch for 2 freaking days. The mail lady hasn't gotten out of her mail car once. Not ONCE !! and KEEPS SAYING SHE LOOKED FOR IT WHEN ITS RIGHT THERE ON THE TOP STEP STANDING UP ?! HOW CAN YOU MISS IT !? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND LAZY ! INSANE.

after not answering their phones at all for 2 days, they finally answered. apparently I got the manager on the phone and they were very rude. petty comments to people who are coming to you at your JOB for help should be treated better.

It’s amazing to me that we get a new mail delivery person and she immediately starts not delivering certified mail. I was home, waiting for this specific piece of mail and we have cameras, but she put a thing in our mailbox that no one was home. My cameras prove she never got out of her mail truck to attempt to deliver my certified mail. The obvious lies are unprofessional and unnecessary. I expect my mail to be delivered properly. Not held when it’s a check. She could’ve stolen that check, no one knows. But what I do know is she never attempted delivery. I have camera proof.

Last Friday I had a package get marked as delivered through tracking, but I had not received it. I spoke to Jesse at the Red Bank Post Office and he was extremely friendly and told me he would look into it.The following day (Saturday) I received a follow up call from him letting me know they had found the package and that it was just delivered to my box. Sure enough, it was there as soon as I got home and checked.Customer service doesn't get any better than that.I'd also like to add that every time I visit the post office here, I have a great experience. I'm always happy to see Kim, super nice guys and he's been really helpful and knowledgeable anytime I've had questions over the years. Same goes for everyone else I've worked with at the main desk, though I can't recall specific names.We have a great community here in Red Bank, and we're lucky to have a great local Postal branch.

So, I had been waiting on my package to arrive. Yesterday (1-25-24) the package arrived. When my husband pulled the package out, one item we ordered fell on the ground. The other item was gone, and the package had been cut open on the bottom. Now, we came out as the mail truck was pulling away, so there's no way anybody else could have done it. Went to the post office. Asked to speak to the postmaster; instead a female supervisor came out, already with a nasty attitude. I told her what we found and showed it to her. The nasty supervisor said she was 100% positive our package came in that way. Really? Did she personally see it? We asked why they didn't bag it and tag it as arriving damaged. "We only do that occasionally," says the idiot supervisor. This package was in post office custody for quite sometime, and she's trying to tell me no one bothered to bag it and tag it? We flat out told her that a post office employee stole our merchandise. "We don't steal mail," she says. Well, after a few words were exchanged, we left. This bullying, loud-mouthed idiot chased us out of the building to let us know that she's stopping our mail service. She said, "you won't have to worry about mail anymore, bc I'm stopping your service." We must have hurt her itty, bitty, woke feelings. I'm not sure, but the way she responded, she must have gotten her binkie and blanky and hid out in a safe room for the rest of the day. I'm out $75 bc a moron post office employee stole from us. We filed a complaint with the Inspector General over the US Post Office. We haven't heard a word, so apparently it's just fine that postal employees rip off their customers! And the postal service has the balls to raise prices every damn year! It can't be for performance, bc this post office is seriously lacking in customer service...and brains! The female supervisor needs FIRED! She's rude, unhelpful, condescending, and vindictive! This is not the first time I've had my mail ripped open from this post office, and the response I've received is that the "machine must have done it." I used to be a postal clerk in the Army. When a damaged package came in, we bagged it and tagged it as arriving damaged. But these morons didn't do it even though the package was wide open and the contents were falling out. This is why, in our OPINION, an employee of the Red Bank, TN, post office stole our merchandise, and the nasty, rude supervisor is covering it up! Look at the posted pic. Would anyone with a brain deliver a package this way? Oh, and the witch did indeed stop our mail service! What a piece of garbage she is!
