Ms. Shu was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions regarding sending priority legal documents. She was very patient and professional. She went above and beyond for sure! Also, this location was very clean, inside and out.

My post office ( off hwy 58) is the best in Chattanooga in my opinion. Friendly staff, efficient and knowledgeable.

Every time I have delivered packages here, the receptionist has been super kind and accommodating. This is the best USPS location in town.
