I lost my wallet, with my passport in it, less than a week before I was due to travel overseas. I was a panicked mess. Michael found my wallet, tracked me down, and got it mailed back to me as fast as possible. Such a kind person, I can't thank him enough!!

It's like they don't even care. No one answers the phone, one person at the service desk consistently, and the mail carriers drop mail along the road, load mail into the wrong mailboxes/wrong addresses, and will open your packages. I might as well be dealing with FedEx!

Why have a local phone number if you’re never going to answer it? Don’t bother calling, you’ll just have to make a trip there to resolve an issues .

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Claimed they couldn't deliver my LIMITED merch because of the address listed and then just delivered it wherever they WANTED TO. Never got it. Lazy and completely incompetent!!!

You wont ever catch me in this place again. People are doing there best just to stay afloat day to day and these employees are obsessed with nitpicking every little thing to death. The guy that works in there is an extreme hard liner and I would not want to be his wife or kids. Smh.

Laziest delivery drivers ever every package that comes from them says “we attempted delivery no answer at door” bruh I’M A STAY AT HOME MOM IM ALWAYS HOME KNOCK ON THE DOOR and of course this place never answers the phone so I have to go pick up the package at the post office and even the staff at the desk has told me the delivery driver is lazy so one star but the people at the desk are really nice

They tell me there out of change of address forms , go somewhere else , I go back next day with form and there closed for lunch , they are expensive to rent a box , what a joke

Wife went that after work to send me a care package for the holidays as I’m deployed overseas and they treated her like human garbage for coming in before closing time and then made her leave after figuring out it was a apo address saying they don’t have time for that gave her the customs paperwork and told her to go to Shallowford post office

I’m a door dasher and was delivering a package to the USPS in east ridge Tn as I approach the counter I showed my phone where it said I was delivering this order and said the instructions said to bring to counter making sure I was correct she looks at me and says okay? With attitude I said I’m sorry and she proceeded to rudely motions the packages to her and tells me everything that she has to do no smile no how you doing no nothing just simply rude and disrespectful. No one should have to deal with a incompetent person name of employee was Rebecca sorry for the post just felt wronged

I love this post office. The employees are always very polite and welcoming. It's my favorite post office. They hold my packages due to high package theft in my area, they've never seemed upset when I have had multiple packages to pick up, and it's overall a great USPS location.
