I had a horrible experience here. I have never written a bad review, but I want to save someone potential hours of frustration in the store and on the phone with Corporate Verizon afterward for untangling a confusing mess.

My wife and I came in to upgrade a phone and buy an IPad. Danielle was the absolute best at finding us the best deals, getting us on the right plan and helping us get everything set up. Fantastic experience and we’ll be back for all our wireless needs. Thanks Danielle!

Not to happy with this location very unprofessional employees I completely understand where verizon on unauthorized dealers come from and how they only rely on sales and are thirsty for commission,,I came in two see if they by any chance sold bands for galaxy watch 6 that I have purchased 5 days ealier and they stated they do not carry any in stock I said its okay and she insisted to have one order for me which I kindly said I will try another store she said why don't you just buy another new Watch and it will come with a new band to this I had no comment and just walked out of store before i got to the door she mentioned apple is in stock they have different bands maybe you want to buy one, places like these what will not make me want to come back just an honest opinion

Had the absolute BEST experience in this store today! I asked the gentleman for his name, however I have forgotten it by days end! He was the store manager, and went above and beyond with me purchasing a new phone, and watch! Definitely will be using this store for all our cellular needs!

Bought an iPhone and set up for a prepaid plan with them . While I was in store I asked specifically to be set up for the insurance plan. The guy name James set it up for the phone and account assured me he set up the insurance. I went back abut 15 days later as the phone’s not getting cell signals and was told there is no insurance coverage. The same guy James proceed to telling me I declined the insurance coverage back then. In the same time while another guy working in the store said they do not offer insurance on prepaid phone. Clearly James lied to me just so he can make the sales easier when I was there to buy the phone.Th fact that James lied to me and and won’t own up to it then continue telling he lie by telling me that I declined the coverage when I asked for it is simply unacceptable.Anyone looking to set up for a new phone line should avoid the lier working in this store.
