Called and asked what could be done about the 50 robocalls every day. A rep from Verizon said they could block them, but it would cost us money every month. We said okay let's get them blocked. Verizon got us signed up. We got our first bill. Still getting robocalls, we get our second bill still getting robocalls, we call the store and are told it's not robocall proof, you'll still get calls. THEN WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR. We canceled the robocall blocker and nothing has ever changed. RIDICULOUS..........

Me and my Wife went to update our old phones and get a new data plan- little did we know we would be walking out with new phones and watches with a phone plan! JUSTIN WAS THE BEST! He was all around patient and helped us figure out what we needed in our price range! Thank You JUSTIN! And Verizon!

Michael Schrimsher showed outstanding Customer Service and Exellent patience when assisting me in purchasing my new phone. The store was fairly crowded, yet no one complained as he acknowledged each one of them. Employees like Michael are the reason I will always stay with Verizon.

Alex at East Brainerd rd in Chattanooga helped me get fully setup even informed me about an internet account that is real prime in my area. Helped me set up an auto bill pay and I was out of there fully taken care of in no time. Alex is awesome!

Was frustrated with current cellular service. Mikel Sutherland answered my questions regarding a new plan (how much). He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very professional, did not try to sell me anything I did not need or want. He did, however, educate me regarding future purchases. Best experience I have ever had with anything cellular. Purchased the new plan; am extremely pleased and would highly recommend. :)
