Visionworks was a nice place to get my prescription updated. They were quick and professional. I did not choose to have glasses fitted there but prices seem reasonable and competitive with other providers

I really wish I hadn’t gone here. The doctor spent probably 4 minutes with me, my prescription was subsequently wrong, he fixed my prescription, they forget to order my samples for 6 weeks, I call back, they order the samples, and I had to come back a third time to pick them up. The new samples are right but they never even gave me a prescription to order them. Just a horrible experience. The people at the desk/phones are kind and want to help, but it is just not worth it.

Not a great visit!!! Be careful of the small print! Contact fittings cost $60 out of your allowance!!! Smh!!! Lord have mercy! Guess I’ll just wear these until they wear out!! Temporary contacts only last 30! Well …. This Lady have to wear the until the start bothering me!! &280 is what they cost 6 month supply! Yearly allowance $300… they took $60 out of it… sooo $240 IS NOT ENOUGH TO GET THEM! Wowewww I’m sooooooo UPSET!!! Red FACE!

I do not recommend this place!! Came because they were open on Saturdays but that's the ONLY good thing about this place. They wanna charge me for a contacts lense fitting when all they did was a standard exam and gave me a trail paid of contacts which are the same prescription I've had the past 5 years. Argued with me that it was my insurance but thats a lie! A different office I visited last year only charged me my $10 copay not $60 for a contact fitting.

worst experience of my life. when my glasses came in with the prescription they gave me, i could see better without them (this is due to the doctor barely spending time with me trying to figure out a prescription) … i returned the glasses and they never filed the return through my insurance so i was stuck paying out of pocket after that. I would also like to add that, as someone who works in healthcare, the optometrist had the worst bedside manner i have ever seen. highly do NOT recommend!!!!

Had a recent eye exam here. I wanted just what my insurance covered but somehow was charged $60 for a "lens fitting" even though I have been wearing the same lenses for years. This is an unethical practice and doesn't build customer trust. Will not be returning.

The physician and staff and associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. We have been going to Visionworks for several years and will continue going there.

Had an eye exam with Dr.Pratt and Dalyn helped me finish picking some glasses and I have to say they were the nicest people ever! They made me feel so comfortable and excited to get my new glasses and they were all so easy to talk to! I will always go back to see them:)

We came from the Hixon location with having a bad experience overall. The hamilton place staff is overall way better lexie is an awesome employee she helped me and she also helped my husband and my daughter as well. My whole family loves her she is one of your best employees.

I had a good time shopping, but vision works at Hamilton place didn't have as many name brands to choose from. I wish there were more Ray-Bans to choose from, because there weren't as many, I chose to take my business elsewhere. The salespeople were nice tho.
