For a long time you all were a great support to my dear friend Luke. I promised him I'd leave you a great review and I need to fulfil that promiseMany times I'd be on the phone or he'd call me after visiting the pharmacy and tell me how lovely you all are. From happy messages of encouragement, smiley faces on prescriptions to talks about cats, he thought so highly of you all and you genuinely helped him so much. Your willingness to ring in things at short notice was always appreciated and never overlookedSo, to Matthew, Pierceton, Logan, Jess, and Luna, and Whitney (cosmetics)Thank you for being a bright spot and huge support exactly where was needed.Thank you for helping my best friendThank you for being kind, caring and empathetic people in a situation that requires it but often is lackingYour kindness matters-Bereti

The girl at the front desk counter with curly hair and glasses was extremely unprofessional and rude. I told her I was there for a Covid test and said I did not have a mask with me if she could please get me one. She said nothing and walked away. Finally after a few minutes I sat down and continued to wait, finally 15 minutes after my appointment she comes back without a mask and says oh you’ll have to get in the drive thru I didn’t realize you were only here for a Covid test? I’m like that’s what I said? Just very unprofessionalConsidering I’m on my death bed and never needed to be inside.

Matthew, Jess, Pierceton, Logan, Luna, and all other members of the Northshore Walgreens pharmacy staff (located on Frasier and Market) have always gone above beyond to help me get the medications Ive required and provide a level of service to customers that is *far* beyond that which I could hope for or have otherwise ever experienced at any other branch. To say, "a pay raise is in order" is an understatement.*Treat these people with respect* and it will be returned, ten fold. They've very difficult jobs and provide a service to this community that is essential and increasingly rare. The level of workload and pressure placed upon them is visibly intense and often thankless, to say the least, yet they still will take the time to ensure you receive an unmatched quality of care and apply genuine compassion in doing so, all while meeting their customers' very specific needs both in regards to prescriptions and insurance (they'll even help apply discounts for uncovered prescriptions).Whitney, in cosmetics, is also quite knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for all your help over the years. It won't be forgotten.~L

Location is convenient, employees are helpful, and there is plenty of parking. The store is clean, and aisles are wide enough to get through easily. We found everything we were looking for, with the help of employees.

I live in Newark Valley, N.Y. My Dr. sent in a script to Walgreens here in NV. I sat almost an hour last evening waiting for the script to come . I have an UTI and desperately need the prescription to be filled. I called about 1:30 this afternoon to see if the script had been filled so that I could pick it up. The Dr's office just called me and they will try it again. It now seems that it would not go thru because it was listed as a Rite- Aid pharmacy. I would think that it would be automatically be transferred. I am tempted to go the CVS in Owego, which is 10 miles from here. I will give them another chance. I feel badly for the pharmacist and the sales associates that work there. Joan Knapp

This is good drive thru gives me treats. I don't like construction next door it scares me to loud noises and mom have to talk louder to communicate, more loud noises=scary.

The pharmacy is very good and friendly for a pharmacy. I've never had any issues there. The checkout is as slow as every other Walgreens in America, but what can you do? You're stuck behind old people who are sorting through a coupon book no matter when you go and that's not really Walgreens fault. For the business they have, it would be nice if they had a dedicated second cashier.

Every time I use the pharmacy here the Pharmacist goes out of his way to be difficult. He is rude to me and even ruder to his coworkers. I don't know how or why Walgreen's continues to employ him. I have shopped here for the last time as of today. There are too many other options to tolerate being verbally abused by a person you are handing your hard earned money to.

I always have a good experience here, from the pharmacy to running in for a quick errand. The parking lot always has a spot, which is nice for North Shore.
