went in looking for a product. Pharmacy ladies were very helpful but were unable to locate item -calls a “manager” …she’s also struggling to find item, I tell her website indicates it’s at that location -she was rude and short and did not want to be bothered.

Need to pick up prescriptions before work? Not here! The "pharmacy" here doesn't open until 8am. Thanks for making it convenient Walgreens.

Nice clean store and employees. Too bad there is always homeless hanging outside on sidewalk or in parking lot. I feel sorry for them and understand many have mental illness and addiction with nowhere to go. However, I don't go there after dark and often feel unsafe.

Awful thing that the employees follow you around like you’re a thief. They can keep their stuff. I’d rather honestly pay for items somewhere I’m not watched the whole time. Then when you ask an employee a question they have no idea of baby aspirin is low dose aspirin. Hope this store gets shut down. And the employees can go fulfill their true calling as rent a cops.

I am there a lot and often see Logan, who always goes out of his way to help me
with Rx’s and over the counter items. And there are other customers that feel the same way so much, Logan has been promoted to be over several Cleveland area stores. But Grace, Pyrceton, Kelly, and others at the North Market location are always great at this very busy location.

Kelly Ferris, the Pharmacist on duty, who was assigned to administer my flu, shingles and COVID vaccine made my experience at the North Market Street Walgreens THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
I scheduled my appointment for 5:10pm and arrived to the pharmacy counter at exactly 5:00pm. When I spoke to the woman at the counter, she informed me ‘we are waiting on the Pharmacist’. No other explanation was given and I proceeded to wait until 5:40 before Kelly Ferris (who was visible and walking by me for the past 40 minutes finally said ‘Sean?’ That’s it, nothing else, no greeting, no apology, no ‘Hi my name is Kelly and I will be administering your shots today’….NOTHING!!!! In fact, Kelly Ferris made no eye contact, seemed to be in a horrible mood (judging by demeanor and nonverbal behavior), and then raced down the hallway leaving me far behind only to try to guess which door Kelly went into to administer my shots. Seriously?
I sat down and still, no apology, no communication, NOTHING! Kelly simply said ‘which arm?’ as if I’m supposed to know what options I had for each of the 3 vaccines??!! Again, seriously? I told her that I remembered from last year that I thought the shingles vaccine had to be by itself on one side and the remaining 2 on the other. Again, Kelly failed to make any eye contact or acknowledge me and proceeded to stick me (without warning) with more pressure I’ve ever felt from a needle over my years of vaccines. Kelly finished her injections on my arms and immediately got up to open the door to go about her business, still without apology, goodbye, or any closure whatsoever.
Let me say this about the Walgreens on North Market- I have been going there to receive all my vaccines, injections and miscellaneous groceries since 2014 and because of the inexcusable and downright disgusting customer service that I received from Kelly Ferris in the Pharmacy department, I will NEVER be returning to this Walgreens AGAIN!

The store is well kept and clean, but they have the worst customer service. Unfriendly and unwelcoming. Inappropriate side conversations with each other while ignoring customers. I will not return.

I arrived well before closing time and the rude pharmacy staff let me wait in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes on their slow service and then shut the window and closed for the day literally right in my face when I made it to the window. Walgreens is soulless and the absolute worst. Literally find any other pharmacy option.

Odd event; I had an "ear stroke" a couple of days ago losing all hearing in my R ear. I am in town on business only and need to leave for the airport in a couple of hours. My Dr back home called in 2 prescriptions to help me get home. The Pharmacist was on the 2 prescriptions almost immediately. They will have them filled before I need to leave town. I am so thankful!!! Strong work!!!

Went into this Walgreens to get a pack of syringes because I had just been recently diagnosed with type one diabetes. I get that they want to only sell to those who do not use drugs but the lady at the counter proceeded to question me and stress to me that I don’t know enough about my disease in order to buy the syringes I need from them. Embarrassing me like I’m some kind of drug addict. Yes I’m learning to deal with this new disease that I now have but this really was upsetting to me. I usually go yo CVS and I would recommend doing so because this was very humiliating and upsetting to me. Apparently because I don’t get my medication from Walgreens I’m not allowed to get anything from there? Even if I was buying them to use drugs it’s a legal over the counter tool that I needed for my insulin. I had to leave work have my mom come get me and take me to cvs and miss the rest of my shift because of this place. One star thumbs down. Rant over I’m out.

Every staff member who worked last night (1/15) deserves a bonus for showing up to work. This walgreens was the only place open after 5pm, & if it weren't for these folks who showed up to work a lot of people like me wouldn't have had any place to get essentials. Thanks everyone
