Just here for a pick-up. Felt invisible. Attendant barely spoke, no smile or greeting. No matter, I’ll finish here and move on. But when there was a problem with the prescription,they became defensive and then offensive. Felt so creepy when I left. Will work on finding another place.

I love Walgreens and have used them for years. This location is my personal choice for all my prescriptions because they are fast and efficient and have what I need most of the time. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love shopping here and always get great help and customer service from Kayla in the beauty area Also has a very convenient location and easy to get in and out of the parking lot

Have shopped at this Walgreens for over 12 years and am very satisfied. There are other pharmacies as close or closer but I will stay where I shop now. Very satisfied

Great store but I hate how the employees are blinded by the sun when they are working on the register. Please give them blinds or something to block the sun in their eyes

I've seen several reviews about how RUDE the women are at this pharmacy and they're not wrong. They are so hateful, don't want to help. They act as if they are entitled and I'm not sure why..The pharmacy Manager acts as entitled as them so maybe that's why they think its okay. I would chose a different Walgreens if you can.

I always find them to be extremely helpful. You may not find them everywhere like a big box store but if you ask for help they usually are very happy to help. They are really quick to fill or refill my prescriptions. If they are sent from the doctor I can show up and let them know I have arrived and they try to expedite filling the prescription. For medical needs, medicine, cosmetics and such they have a very wide variety of products. They do have a couple of isles of grocery selections including refrigerated items. Pretty large parking lot.

Several women employees are always rude with attitudes, but there is one in particular who has a nose ring and EXTREMELY rude. They don’t explain ANYTHING. Nothing is ever in stock. If you can, go to CVS or an independent pharmacy. Pharmaceuticals are a huge industry, so don’t waste your time and money on rude staff.

I came in the store to look at some makeup because I've seen some tutorials online and I wanted to try the drugstore make up. I was immediately approached by someone who worked in the makeup department who automatically said to me. Don't try to open up the makeup And was very rude about it and I felt like she was talking to me as if i'm a child and i'm a adult. I wasn't even trying to open the makeup. I was looking at the makeup. I politely put down what I was looking for and left the store and I will never even attempt to purchase makeup there ever.

I've read all the reviews & truth be told I'm not sure why because everyone here has been great. I'm in transition from GA to TN & they've not only been quick about getting my maintenance meds but they've been really nice & helpful through the process. That alone gives me a little peace of mind. I know that everyone can have bad days but I'm happy to say that they made my life a little easier & I'm honestly very thankful.

Poor communication of fulfillment delays (no anticipated delay timeframes provided and must check app to realize delays). One negative encounter with a single pharmacy staff member, otherwise all pharmacy staff very professional and friendly.

Went into Walgreens to take my new passport pic. When I asked an associate if anyone was able to take my picture the lady told me no. I asked if they don’t take pics on Sundays, she said yes but they were short staffed and no one could take my picture at the time. There were two assoc. at the front check out with no customers. At that moment, it was 6pm and there were not many customers in the store. I couldn’t figure out why they couldn’t take my picture, I too am a customer there to spend my money. I went to the Walgreens on Market street. They were short staffed as well, there were many people in the store at that time. A nice young man saw me as soon as I walked over to the photo area and he helped me right away. It took less than ten mins to take my pic, then I paid for my passport photo. The next day I called to speak to a manager at the 153 location. Spoke to a team leader, she stated the two ladies at front checkout were new, but not an excuse. She also stated she would make sure the manager is aware of the situation. But, she didn’t offer to take my name and number to have a store manager call me back. Poor customer service.
