The perfume being locked up is so inconvenient. They don't have a way to page anyone so you have to walk all the way to the customer service desk and get them to page someone then walk all the way back. While you smell the perfumes someone stands over you like a hawk. Once you pick the perfume, they then take your perfume BACK to the service desk. You have to go back over there when you're ready to purchase. They can't ring you up there. Instead they follow you with it to the register..... horrible experience. I won't be shopping here anymore.

Horrible location. Waited over 30 minutes for an employee to get a key to get a product. Asked to speak to the store manager and when she finally showed up I asked why she couldn't staff the number of employees the store needed. She informed me she was fully staffed and that each area had an employee. We were standing at the juncture of about four different areas. I looked at each area and asked her if she could point out the employee in each area (none were visible). I was being polite but I guess she didn't care for being proven wrong and actually asked me to leave!!! Pathetic excuse for management. If you shop there I hope you know where everything is because finding an employee is near impossible. If you follow me you know I follow up woth corporate office lol. Have called five times asking for the supervisor of the Chattanooga stores to contact me concerning my bad store experience and no one has called me back. I'm not surprised

Your young employees are the rudest I've ever met. Left the cart conveyor right in the middle of the lane. When I asked him about it he starts arguing with me and then starts berating me about being old. Another time I was trying to find some specific chips requested by friend and a Walmart employee shopper parks their cart right in front of the chips I'm looking at and then would not move out of the way. Is that the best you can do Walmart? I know my kids would never act like that

I would give this store a zero if I could. We ordered a pickup order yesterday to be picked up this morning. We got to the store and a young man was delivering food to one car. My husband asked him about our order he looked and walked away. We called the number and no one answered about 5 times. My husband went to the door and knocked on it. There were 10 cars waiting and one left after 30 minutes. I called the main store and no one answered after using different option so I decided to try auto. I apologized and said you're the only one answering the phone so please forward me to a manager. Well, of course, he/she didn't answer. I searched for corporate office number. I called them. I did get someone then finally orders start to be delivered. I asked her to file a complaint which I'm sure won't go anywhere. There is seriously something wrong in this store. This isn't the first time calling this store and no one answers. Customer service is at an all time low in most businesses in Chattanooga. I'm tired of paying for bad service.

shopping at this Walmart i wouldn't suggest to anyone. I spent $200 and when I went to leave was stopped and told I stole. I handed over my receipts and they went to looking it over. at the end they said I didn't pay for items and asked to see and never was shown. they let me leave with my purchases but refused to return my receipts to me.and curated me to court after having no proof. Walmart go after the thief's but innocent people not. I will be perspiring this case against them and the officer

This Walmart is without a doubt the messiest and dirtiest store. Personnel is rude and not helpful. Front in return counter personnel are rude and racist. Until a manager was present the Lead Service manager was rude, loud. And disrespectful allowing those under her to be as rude and racist as she was. I was told to go to different Walmart to make my return until the manager stepped in. She then became the person she should have been to begin with. 1. Personnel rude and racist. 2. Personnel disrespectful to customers. 3. Store is dirty and messy. Will not go in this store unless it's the last place on earth.

This review is for the Walmart delivery. This is the third delivery these folks messed up in the last 2 months. After our groceries were not delivered as promised we were advised to cancel our order, which we did. Or so we thought. They ended up delivery the next day, during the day. This was a $ 216.43 grocery bill. The temp. That day was High 70s...rainy! So all the cold items were ruined, plus in the rain for 8 hours every cardboard container was ruined. After calling several times to Walmart CS, we kept having to repeat our story and going thru the 37 item grocery List. We were told to "throw away" the damaged items and they would credit for damage. They would send us an email confirming this...never received an email. 6 days later went through the list again with a 5th person who again said they would credit the damaged ruined items. Now waiting days for my money back. The previous person wanted me to bring the rotten groceries back to Walmart a week later...how ridiculous are these people! Finally, We insisted on talking to a supervisor and 30 seconds later a credit was issued. They could have done this the first time but they hope you give up so they can not be responsible for their incompetence. Never again!!!

I would not recommend this location in the least. No selection, even before the pandemic, disrespectful staff makes you dread asking for anything or having any interactions with staff at all. The store is also under construction, turn-over always to be very high because of hiring signs posted a good bit of the time, and I'll add disrespectful staff here again. They either act like they don't have time for you or they actually insult you personally. Walmart corporate doesn't care either because I submitted a complaint there and have had absolutely no follow up nor any other communication from them. The staff and the company act like they're to big to fail and it shows. If i could give zero stars, I would.

Very clean however, I was a bit concerned about COVID restrictions. The grocery carts had not been picked up in the lot at all. They were everywhere. I would return here before I would go to the one on Brainerd Rd.

Since Covid started this Walmart and all others shortened the timings to save on their costs and make money yet not caring about their customers health because shorter times mean the same business for them but over crowded Walmart!!! This was a 24 hour store and we liked the less interaction and shopping at a time when it was less crowded. Not caring about their customer's health tells a lot about them!! Anyone else sees this as an issue ??? Where is the governor on this?

A good place to save your money. In addition to the prices being popular, the wide variety of products is a good differentiator. The area of food is huge and with varying prices, as well as qualities that appeal to different consumer profiles. If you are looking for cost benefit, it is an excellent place to do your shopping.

The universe has spoken. I will never set foot in here again. This has to be the worst Walmart in existence. Poorly stocked, always. Harassment in the parking lot by bums, you got it! Today was the final straw. Did self-checkout for about 25 items. Scanned my gallon of organic milk first - it beeped and then I put it on the scale. Continued on. When I go to leave, the greeter scans my receipt because I don't bag my milk. It wasn't on there. Um, what's the point of the scale if it doesn't track anything? So it looks like I was trying to steal something which is always a pleasant experience. So I go back to pay for it at another scanner. I scan the milk, it shows ok the screen 5.99, I pay and take my milk and receipt after it prints. I hear it print and see it come out of the machine, but somehow it's a receipt for like six items at 40 something. I have to then wait for the lady to come and go back in to print out the last transaction. Had I not noticed this, I would've been humiliated again. I'm pretty hot at this point. A very nice young man offers to take me to the manager. Who then tells me to wait in the incredibly long return line to talk to her. That is the LAST thing you should do to an angry customer! This place is so poorly managed. I'll pay more money and shop multiple places just to avoid coming here. Nothing is worth this.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE last night I went there bc I needed to pay a VERY crucial bill I had the cash but obviously you can't pay bills with cash for epb and I dont have a physical bank so I couldnt get the money onto my bank card. So I walked into WALMART AND ASKED AN ASSOCIATE to find a card that functions as a VISA, the associate brought me a very USELESS Walmart GIFT card and it did not work for me to pay the bills . So not only did I have to drive all the way back to the store when I got there ! The first associate didnt do SHIT but flirt with my damn boyfriend. And the two manager I spoke with both GREATLY disappointed us by one of them telling me she was " going to break and is already late to it so ask someone else" and Julie the other manager With the brown bob that works in customer service told us that we're really "making her late to her rounds" WHEN THIS PROBLEM WASNT MY FAULT to begin with because their damn associate didnt know what the hell they were doing ! So after all the hell they put us through they finally found a solution to this problem. We had to buy several items to refund immediately to get my money off of the gift card I couldn't use that THEY chose for me. And Julie the manager once AGAIN had the nerve to accuse me and my ( FOC ) friend of you know what, of stealing the items we had to "fake" purchase bc she asked us to put them back where we got them as if that's our job bc she was "late to her rounds as it is" and she no longer saw them in our hands. Mind you we fake purchased to pair of TIMBERLANDS so I guess we shoved them up our asses ! Moral of the story y'all will not get anymore of my god damn money. And f this establishment.

The reason for my lack of stars is my experience today seeing a Walmart employee walking a cart full of garbage through the store in the vegetable and deli area. Then, she parked the garbage right in front of the organic vegetables and went to talk with some people in the deli. It was just unsanitary and could have been handled differently. I've never seen anyone walk garbage through the Walmart store before, so this was obviously the employee who specifically didn't care.
