Literally spent 15 minutes in the coffee isle trying to find my brand of coffee.. They didn't even just it and then I noticed it might be mixed in with the rest of the various coffee types. I'm serious about my coffee. Having 3 kind of whole bean coffee well, that just flat out suxs. Who's bright idea was it the mix all the coffee together? Ground, and whole bean?

I arrived at 10:50pm for one item. Their business hours state they close at 11pm. I try to enter through the grocery side and the doors won't open so I assume they lock that side and proceed fo walk to the other entrance on the complete opposite end to find that those too are locked. By the time I make it back to the grocery entrance is it 10:53pm - the Walmart associate (African American lady with long braids that had large wooden beads) tells the walmart employee opening the door for me to tell me that they're closed. I asked her what time they closed and she said 11pm and I look at my phone and state "but it's 10:53pm" questioning the situation. The above mentioned associate looks at me and says "we are closed ma'am" and walks off. The other employee then tells me they have a line and are getting those people out of the store and asks me how many items I needed. I told her only one and she then allows me inside.
Regardless, if you close at 10:50pm your hours of business should reflect that. If you close at 11pm, you should never turn away a paying guest when you are not in fact closed. Do better. Stop allowing your middle mgmt team members to set such a lazy culture within their departments that they oversee. Do better. I am a GM myself of a business in AL and I'd literally shit a hole through the earth if I discovered my own mgmt team were allowing this or better, enforcing something like this in my store. Do better.

Walmart pharmacy had us on hold for 15 minutes waiting until it was 7 p.m., then told us the pharmacy is now closed, and we can no longer assist you. Even though the person before told us, they would be able to. Unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.

It's Walmart. Nothing spectacular other than being responsible for closing so many businesses with their price match .. then they stop matching prices, sky rocket their prices and we have no choice but to go there

Normally I would give a 4 or even 5, however, 1 bad interaction can leave you scared. The elderly lady at SCO not honoring a price difference of a pallet full of Mott’s fruit snacks that were on sale for $3 vs$9. Then asking if I took a picture to prove it. Why are you not walking your store and learning your sales. Then asked me after the other 2 boxes I scanned came up the sale price if I still wanted the $9 box, I asked if she would honor the price and she said no, causing me to have my child go grab another box. All because she didn’t want to make it right for me. Rude customer service. I’ve never experienced this with Walmart ever. So disappointed, then I called to speak to the store manager Leah. I called 4 times and not a single dept answered the phone. How are we to get in touch with customer service if no one answers. I guess I had high expectations from a large retailer.
