Manager Jerome is a good boss, a good man, now the boys at the auto department changing tire and oil are 2 unsubordinated arrogant racists starting rants with him in front of customers. Will never go to this location. Was sad to see this man treated like that by his staff. They clearly want him gone

We tried to get fishing license and stuff for our fishing trip. We pressed the button for assistance and stood there forever. Pushed a few times. Then went to auto center they paged them and still no one came to assist us. So we finally left. Terrible experience.

I had my wife go to m-lash to get her lashes lift for a special occasion. When everything was done her lashes were the same. She ended up wasting her time and the worst part was that the worker that was doing my wife’s lashes accidentally put some sort of solution in my wife’s eye. For a brief moment she couldn’t see at all and her vision was blurry. Then after she blinked a few times she could see better but her eye turned red and was irritated the whole day. She had to wash her eye out in fear she would have damage to her right eye because of this. This place deserves to have their employees well trained and licensed. This is just unacceptable and dangerous behavior

This is not just another Walmart…at least to me.
In moving to Chattanooga my previous experience with Walmart was skewed because there are not that many “full service” Walmart locations in the North.
Fast forward to now, this location has been almost a one-stop shopping experience for most of what I need.
The thing that sets this location apart from ALL of the other locations that I have visited is the people. The team at this location has been remarkably kind and genuinely interested in my experience. Whether I’m looking for assistance or simply walking by and they say “Hi” I just feel welcome.
