I usually just let things go because I understand that some people are just incompetent but this is the 3rd time I've gotten food from this Wendy's and they not put the condiments in my bag that they confirmed. Why ask what sauce I want only to not put them in the bag? Then I get home with 4 orders of chicken nuggets with 1 barbecue sauce. I ten piece, 2 six pieces, and a 4 piece to 1 barbecue sauce. I ordered ranch and barbecue sauce so at the least, I should've had 2 ranches and 3 barbecue sauces. I appreciate the 13 packs of ketchup which was overkill but what happened to looking in the bag to make sure that everything is in the bag as ordered? And fast food workers have the audacity to think they deserve $15 an hour? Looking in a bag or confirming an order is not complicated nor are these specialized skills, this is basic customer service which obviously is too hard for some people. This is why I always tell myself to check the back before driving off but for some reason I actually care about the people behind me and wish not to hold up the line but if fast food workers are going to be lazy and inconsiderate of their paying customers that keep them employed, I'll hold up the line to make sure my order is correct.

Tried to place an app order but couldn't get it to process. It took over 15 mins to finally get it to work.***UPDATE ***My 17.34 order hit my cc 7 times!!! Since they are all "pending" now I have to wait bc 6 of them "should" drop off. HELLO, that's still over 100 that's on hold. Wth????

I sat in line for 30 minutes with only one car in front of me to order. I had placed a mobile order. When I got to finally get to the speaker they told me they were out of all but one salad. So I asked if they could cancel my mobile order. The guy said yes. I then had my credit card charged anyway. I tried to go into the store and they had the doors locked at 8 pm. After calling the store I was told they couldn’t help me that I had to request a refund via the ap.

After the bacon-less baconators I received from the Red bank location, I was hesitant to even go again. But pretzel bun. So here I am. Here I've eaten. Probably the freshest best burger I've gotten from a Wendy's ever. Lettuce was crunchy, beef was juicy, there was bacon.
