Tried to get fried chicken meal of dark meat. They only had a drum in the warmer and the deli person stayed that there were no other dark meat options without looking in the back to see if there were more. I informed the deli manager of this and he said that he will talk to the person. However, he did not offer to get the meal or any other compensation for the terrible service. I would N OT recommend this Publix for anything as they do not know customer service or customer satisfaction.

I would like to share how great an employee named Troy who works in the deli is!!!! It was amazing to say the least that he asked what I wanted and remembered everything I said all the way down to how much of each I wanted. People now a day are so eager to point out the bad things and don't take the time to say how great someone is. Troy I want to say Thank You so much for your help!!!!!

This store is not a good place to shop because of the prices and the bathrooms not being cleaned at all, and the staff is not that friendly. So I recommend going to another location if you desire.

Though their prices are higher than the competitors, Publix has the freshest meats, seafood, and produce. They have a healthier food selection on their shelves and also have the best tasting and freshest bakery food items. I love the fact that their pastries and breads are baked fresh everyday. Customer service from every employee (including stock personnel, cashier, baker/cook, management, etc.) is outstanding. The store is always immaculate, clean, and well organized. Parking lot is free of trash, and the grocery carts aren't raggedy or run down. ( Nothing worse than hauling grocery in a filthy buggy that squeaks loudly or the wheels get stuck, won't move, or move in the opposite direction of where you're navigating.) Again, though Publix's prices are slightly higher than its competitors, the quality of its service and product is well worth the value! F.Y.I: Also, if you are a first responder or a hospital staff, Publix is returning the favour by reserving 8 - 9 p.m. on Thursdays and 7 - 8 a.m. on Fridays to give these valuable members of our community a little extra time to shop for themselves and their families.

Amazing staff. Everybody is helpful and has a positive attitude. The store is also immaculately clean. The staff sanitizes the carts after each use too which is pretty awesome

Most Chattanooga Publix's do a great job. Yesterday, I went to the East Brainerd store and to my surprise, Publix has several people swiping down buggies, handles on coolers and where anyone consistently touched. I appreciate that so much. I shows they care for their customers and staf

I Like Publix overall: good meat & produce sections. They have good BOGO's too. But one thing I find extremely irritating is each store has discretion on what products to stock, or so I've been told by store employees. You'd figure the inventory should at least be the same in a metropolitan area, but no. I can get this item at the East Brainerd store only. This item I can get at the Fort O. store but not the Gunbarrel store. Very, very frustrating!!!
