Sigh. I admit I am new to the area and accustomed to a larger size Whole Foods. With obvious signs of shrunken selections (thank you Pandemic) I'm a little sad that, the case was empty of Silken Tofu, Vegan sour cream or Vegan cream cheese. In Houston and the PNW, the Tofrutti Sour Cream is sold at the grocery stores, making it easier to access. But I am at least grateful that Coconut Non Dairy Yogurt is sold at Publix. Like many people in our country, I have a non life threatening allergy to dairy. I love.... dairy. My body however does not. In short, eating delicious cheese or milk products will make sinuses swell and react in a way I can only describe as, "floating down a river of "it". I'm in the minority, obviously. Or am I? Where's my tribe here?! Let's do some "hooting'" and see if we are heard? Meanwhile, I'll be avoiding the pastry section (a pathetic apple turnover deflated in reheat and with only a tiny amount of filling) Don't get me started on the heartbreak of finding Wild Blueberries (frozen) for a jaw dropping $9. One size offered, this or nothing. I'm hoping things will turn around, where I will enjoy shopping at one of my long loved stores. Until then, I'll be Zentangling my way through as process the loss. Have a good day anyway and Happy 2024!

Came in to buy 2 bottles of Rose on Christmas Eve. The Manager refused to take my ID because it was vertical even though I'm 24. Told me it was corporate policy but then snatches the bottle out of my hand and says "I'll take this then". I didn't appreciate her condescending ass attitude specifically her Karen aesthetic she's going for. If you're gonna snatch something out of someone's hand don't be a bitch about the whole ordeal. It's the closest Whole Foods in my area though so I'm going to be back lol

Whole Foods has many items and that can only be found at their store. I also like to stop at the food bar or get a pizza or something from the bakery and the to-go section. The beer selections are good and so is the nearby meat and cheese section. I buy frozen foods and go over to the vitamin and health product section too. The meats and prepared food looks good, but I rather just eat from the food bar. The produce is good but expensive but the dried bulk foods are reasonable. The store is pricey but if one wants particular items and quality products it's worth it.

Did not expect to find cheaper free range eggs here than Walmart! Plenty of other items that are a great deal too. I don’t know where else I would buy bones for bone broth and I have yet to find meat or salmon that tastes any good outside of Wholefoods. They also sell organic mandarins here for $5 (hard to find elsewhere) a largish bag and I heard non organic have dangerous levels of a fungicide. I also find that buying shampoo bars is a cheaper way to obtain natural shampoo for the entire family.

This is a big store for Chattanooga but smaller than some other cities. They have all of the important items including a good selection of cheeses, fresh organic meats, fruits, vegetables, and a surprisingly great deal on bordeaux the day that we visited. The only negative: Parking is quite tight.

Pretty much the worst WF I have ever been to. Associates have been rude and unhelpful in the past but nothing compared to my experience today. While shopping for Thanksgiving, a flustered associate restocking the dairy aisle barked at me and said “just pick something, it’s all the same CRAP”. I had been standing there less than a minute scanning some of the items. I was so shocked I couldn’t even respond. I just walked away. There was no one else around. She was speaking and making eye contact directly at me. In hindsight, I should have gotten a manager involved.

Consistently disappointed by the ready to eat options . I come by multiple times a week due to proximity to work and home, and it is always a scavenger hunt for the best of the worst leavings left in the hot bar. I've visited twice this week at 5:50PM and the hot bar and salad bar have already been completely taken down. I also wish they would bring back the sandwich counter. You can literally witness dozens of people walk through the hot bar area to browse and just walk away. They are losing money, and I wish I had the convenience of reliability eating here as I did pre-pandemic.

Not the best Whole Foods I've been to, the hot bar sucks and if you are gluten free, they don't have really any freshly baked goods for that demographic, at least not the day I went. It was clean though and still has all the things you'd expect. Parking sucks as well.

Love whole foods! And this specific one is really nice! I love the way it's set up in the middle of a city!Very clean, friendly employees, great food bar, and a good place to sit and eat.

Attempted to eat lunch there today. At 12:30, most of the trays on the hot bar were either empty or looked like they'd been sitting out or picked at for several hours. No indication that anything fresh was in the works. I'd seriously rather have eaten a gas station taquito. Really sad how far Whole Foods has fallen since being acquired by Amazon...across the board...except of course, for the prices. Today's little brown box of nastiness cost around $16. Pitiful.

I really like whole foods. It seems since Amazon took over, everything is a bit better priced. I love the discounts you can get with a prime account. I'm so happy that they carry so many vegan options. I'm not sure we'd be able to have as much if it wasn't for WF. And they always have stuff no one else in the area carries. Thank goodness! Everyone here is always so nice and super friendly. I never feel anxious about asking a question or getting help. The gentlemen behind the chef plate area are so exceptionally kind. The only issue I have here is they never seem to have much food on the hot bar or the salad bar. We love to go for lunch but lately there is less and less to choose from. That's what led me to getting a chef plate instead, which was good. But, there wasn't much food for the price. I am glad to see they have a microwave set up to use. Hopefully one day the hot bar and salad bar will come back fully.

This is a shout-out to Jada working at the Amazon returns section. Absolute pleasure dealing with her - she’s pleasant, kind, efficient, and a beast at her job! ?

This is the worst Whole Foods I've even been too. The bathrooms were gross, the store was dirty, and the workers could care less. We walked around and ended up leaving empty handed.
