A very young girl sales associate assist me. She did not know much about the jewelry, she couldn't answer any of my questions about the product but she was very nice. She could have been new. But questions I ask are some she should know when working with jewelry.

Popped in to browse for wedding bands, and Alexander helped me. They were so amazing and took the time to let me try on all different bands to see what works best with my engagement ring. I found a band I was absolutely in love with. So happy! My experience was great! 10/10

Who knew there was still a good reason to come to Northgate!
Came in to set up resizing a ring for my soon to be fiance, and felt at home with the members there. Learned quiet a bit about the ring itself and was very happy with the price of the service!
If anyone comes to me about needing to resize a ring, first I'll say that it's not my profession, but the people at Zales have you covered!

Alexander was incredible! I had a fine- chained gold necklace that I wasn’t able to wear for almost a year due to several unworkable knots. He miraculously untangled the chain within minutes! He also helped me pick out a gorgeous horse-bit necklace, perfect for layering. I absolutely recommend working with him! Thank you so much!
