Malissa was great. She immediately welcomed me to the store and patiently answered all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable about the merchandise! The only negative is the lighting in the store. About 75% of the lights did not work!

I came in without my warranty info on my ring, it wasn’t a problem, the lady Melissa found my info cleaned my ring as Gina undated my info, these girls are awesome, we talked a while and I enjoyed it so much, hard to find girls this nice and efficient!! Zales better hold on to them!!
