I think this location is in the process of shutting down. It's never open. I just sat out front for 40 minutes past open and no employees came. Dozens of people came up to the door and drove away. Best location, they're just never open. This is a consistent with this location.

I must say that the attitude of the workers is very poor and disrespectful. I was in this store the other day and a gentleman in front of me did not have enough money to pay for everything he got so I offered to pay the remainder of the balance and at that time the cashier and manager standing there looked at each other and roll their eyes like they were looking down upon this man for accepting help. Is this what this world has come to? This man did not ask me to pay for his stuff in any way shape or form and I was only offering to be courteous so I did not expect the disrespectful attitudes in which they had. Furthermore upon going out the door they wanted to argue with him and tell him he was wrong for what he done and it made me feel bad as well like I did something wrong.

I have been going to this Dollar General store for almost 5 years now. Today I went in there to buy a couple of items with my UnitedHealthcare healthy benefits card. My car did not pay the full amount and there was money left over to pay that I didn't have. They told me there was no way to cancel it out or void it and the ladies need decided that she would pay the remainder of the balance. At that time the head manager on first shift looked at her cashier and rolled her eyes and the cashier rolled her eyes back at her like they were looking down on me for having to get help. When I told the manager I did not like her attitude she told me that I didn't have to shop here anymore. This is a place that I shop at every day for years now. Very sad situation and I hope it can be resolved

So I when in well my Coupons wouldn't work and that's fine. But wasn't fine is they really over charged me I got one toy they charged me for 2 the tolite paper said 5 dollars and I got charged 9.50 for it I came back and asked for a refund on the tolite paper and the toy. They manger told me she was not giving me a refund for anything and yelled at me over the phone because she wasn't even there. Then I called customer service and got told a District manager would call me in 24 hours and nothing. It's crazy how hard working Americans can get tucked over by Dollar general and get talked down to by there Employees

Posting this on behalf of my dad. We went in to get him a gallon of icecream and milk. There was a black man cashier, 2 trainees, and a white manager that was standing behind the counter while we checked out. The black cashier forgot to give us our milk. We came back to the store within 10 minutes to get it. The black cashier demanded that we pay for it even though he remembered us from 10 minutes earlier and we had our receipt. Finally we got the white manager involved and he said the same thing including “well you might set off the alarms”…. Okay and?? We already paid for it. Absolutely ludicrous to make a customer double pay for groceries when it was the employees fault for not giving us all of our stuff from the carousel.

Staff is friendly and helpful, however, many shifts are worked by a single individual and the store closes early and opens late. One staff member working by themselves is a safety hazard, especially in today's world, more important ly opening and closing at the posted time is important to your customers. The previous reviews stated that the store was convenient for picking up a few items, however if the store is closed (but supposed to be open), it is no longer convenient . Several reviews stated the same problems, so correct it..... isn't that the goal, make it enjoyable for your customers and your employees, so your bottom line is making a profit!!! Get together DG!! Help your local management make it work!!

This is my usual Dollar General, but today, when we went, we got there at 6:58, knowing we have 2 hours left. When we are at the door there is a sign "This store will close at 7 PM" we had two minutes, i knew what i wanted so i could just run in there, grab it, pay, and leave. but i tried to open the door. It was locked. I knocked on the door and said "I know what I want it'll take less than 2 minutes, let me in." but they didn't, they just said that they were closed. Cmon you couldn't spare me 2 minutes. So annoying.?

You can tell that the workers who have been there for a while are trying their best despite management, staffing, and supply issues. I want to like this store, but it’s got too many issues thrown at it for the employees to handle, and the customers suffer as a result.

Worst service I've ever had.Never posting signs if registers are down. Closed for 2 weeks cause of management failures.Dont waste tour time shopping here, all the employees ever do is sit outside and smoke cigarettes.

blonde lady working is disrespectful. also, they need to learn how to do their job instead of making me stand at the front counter for 10 mins waiting to be checked out.
