“I want to give a huge thank you to Dawn in Christiana for her outstanding customer service. I was in a stressful situation after a $3,000 purse I was shipping was dropped off at the Murfreesboro location on South Church St. Despite the package never being scanned at her facility, Dawn dedicated her time to tracking it down for me. She was proactive, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. She even called me the moment it was finally scanned and located in Las Vegas. Her willingness to go over and beyond for a customer is a true testament to her professionalism. I highly recommend this location and especially Dawn for her exceptional help.”

“Staff is personable and positive. That's a big plus considering how punishing it is to work for USPS. Rockvale PO is my go-to PO even when I'm closer to the ones in Murfreesboro. Be kind to your Postal Workers.”

“The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. A couple of times I couldn't decide which mailing service to use and they explained the different options very patiently. I would like to thank everyone, but particularly Ben.”
