Horrible mail delivery service. Mail people are always delivering mail to the wrong shared mailbox even though the box states the correct address. It's maddening beyond belief!!

Mailwoman who drives the bronze minivan never closes the door to our mailbox. Our mailbox is beginning to rust in areas because she won't close the door. Also have seen her shoving oversized packages into said mailbox when she could just walk it to the door instead of potentially damaging the contents of the package. Talked with our neighborhood app and apparently I'm not the only one. She needs to be told how to do her job apparently with how closing doors to mailboxes is part of it!

The post service is very hit or miss, especially over the last 1-2 years. I have family sending me letters that get returned to them saying that the address is not found. We've lived here for almost 8 years. Also, there will be times when we don't get any mail for a week, then we will get a full mailbox one day. Almost like they were holding the mail. This issue needs to be fixed. There are numerous complaints on the Nextdoor app, too. Who do I need to make a complaint to? How do we get this resolved?

I haven't received mail in two days!!! I'm also expecting a package that says it is at my house and it isn't. This has happened on multiple occasions. Please get new staff who actually know how to do their jobs

Our mailman is horrible. This is the one that drives the white Subaru with the blue front. We got a packageand instead of putting it on our porch, he pounded it into the mailbox with his fist leaving them halfway out of our mailbox and broke our mailbox in the process. I do not pay postage and taxes to USPS to have my packages destroyed and my mailbox broken.

If I could give no stars for my particular post woman I would. She drives a gold minivan. Every single one of packages is late, I paid extra to have things delivered early, then it says it’s delivered and in my mailbox or at my house. NONE of my packages are delivered and my driveway is paved with a huge turn around, about fifty yards off the road. She marks the packages delivered and leaves a note saying she tried and to get it at the post office. I work during postal hours, why I have things Delivered!!! I’ve complained five times inside the post office already, so now I’m leaving a review. I feel SURE nothing will be done like the rest of the times, but I really wish UPS could deliver my packages, I might actually get them. - Blair Farmer

I have been going to this post office for a few years and I have always been treated important, and they have always answered my questions or found the answers for me, they have a A + in my book.
