Their ATM took my brand new PayPal debit card and they told me including the Vice President that it shreds cards when taken which was a Lie . So then I immediately contacted the banks President and he said bank policy was to keep the card and so I raised Hell asking Why? So finally the next day my debit card was given back to me and I’ve never been back and Won’t .

Unbelievable people here... The manager Regina Miller is about the worst bank manager I've ever encountered! After my small business received numerous cold checks I went to resolve the situation at the customers bank (Union Bank in Clarkrange TN). First I'm told MY records are no good & my own bank's records aren't good enough. I pointed out how ridiculous that was, & left. It was obvious from the start they weren't going to make it easy. So i return a week later WITH the paperwork requested. Again i asked about putting an enforced collection on the account & was told , & i quote the bank manager Regina Miller "We don't do enforced collection & it's not legal". I responded with " well, if it's a legality issue fine, but if that's not the case, I'm surprised anyone does business with this bank. That just makes it hard on small businesses to collect" & BAM, she flew off! I was IMMEDIATELY told to leave the bank by her & the door slammed in my face. Now, I never raised my voice, i never used profanity, i never made a comment towards her personally, nor ANY other un sociable or disorderly words, comments, gestures, mannerisms or actions were ever displayed by ME! Not to mention, this is the first time I've ever spoke to the woman. When i was there before, i talked to a different person. And because of the last interaction i had with them, i had a lurking suspicion that i might have issues. so i recorded the entire visit there & the full exchange with Mrs Miller. I will be forwarding it to the Union Bank corporate office. It will also be available online since this is a public place of business & this is a clear reflection of the "service" you will find here.
