I bought a washer and dryer through them, and I like the items. They have worked well. The issue I have with this company is that they have the option for “easy pay”, but every few weeks/ months they will call me and say I owe a payment and that I don’t have “easy pay” on, even though I have set it up several times. They have also charged me multiple times on the same day, etc., and it is starting to feel like a scheme to get late fees. It’s very annoying to set up auto-pay so that I don’t have to worry about paying attention to sending in payments, only for them to shut it off and then bother me every few months about it .

I will never rent from them again! When they moved my furniture the first time I got it back with chips and paint missing. Then today they moved it and forgot my nightstand in their truck which had very important belongings in it! It’s 20 minutes til closing and they will not answer my calls. I’ve called atleast 10 times and nobody will answer. I do not recommend!

I was working with friendly and knowledgeable people at Aaron's I think I got a good deal compared to other rental places that I've rented from in the past I haven't had any issues with Aaron's so far I hope to establish a long lasting relationship with this store as I plan on renting more items once I finish up paying for my other item the sales rep was courteous and professional my only issue and it's not really a big issue was the driver couldn't find my address but at least he did call and ask where I was I located and I told him and I got my item the very same day so far so good the product work and they finally had it in stock because I've been trying to get it forever so thank you Aaron's

The prices are great. However, the employees are ridiculous. My payment is due on the first of every month. At least 3 employees call me starting from 10 am for a payment on the 1st They don't even give you a chance to make your payment. I pay the late fee every month because I'm tire of the employees harassing's me for a payment. I have been paying faithfully every month for 1 year now. While my husband was deployed I missed a payment (7days late) and 2 employees came to my house to collect a payment which Is understandable. The only thing I did not like about that situation is I was at work and my 13 year old sister answered the door and they told her "Tell your sister to give us a call, we don't want to have to take her stuff". That was very unprofessional and unnecessary to say to a child. Anyways there is one employee that takes my payment she never gives me an issue. The website lets you make a payment but the payment never process even after giving you a conformation. Leading to late fees, the employee Kevin told me the website never works and they recommended calling to make payments.

I have never had a problem with Aaron's until today. I made a payment on my accounts and I always screenshot all my payments for my record's. I call in the store about my balance and the man that answer the phone tried to tell me part of my account wasn't paid . He didn't even want to hear that I had proof that it was paid. So my wife call and a lady answered the phone and all she kept saying is I dont handle accounts and and so she tried to transfer her to the man that I spoke with. So if the manager is not in seems as no one else want to understand. I would have email my screenshot to show proof but neither one of them wanted to here it. I will never buy another thing from Aarons

Never had an issue with this place until today. They knew the day on my payment that my auto pay didn’t come out since my card was deactivated for someone trying to charge it in another state but decided to call me the next day so they could add on the late fee. Horrible customer service, suppose to want to keep customers not make them want to go to a new Aaron’s if they decide to purchase again.

Well so far I placed my order several weeks ago I was told when I first called in my furniture would be arriving Thursday well Thursday came and went called the following week oh our power went out but I show your furniture is on our truck for delivery Thursday yet again Thursday came and went now on week 3, I was told they are trying to get another truck to get orders out. They took my money and I have no furniture I bought 5,000 dollar set when I should of listened to my best friend who said go to Best way. Seriously thinking of just cancelling this since I still haven't heard a thing from anyone this week worst possible choice, and the sad thing is I chose Aaron's because I had a wonderful experience with the store in Columbia. Nothing but whishy washing here. They can keep my $116.00 dollars, I'm canceling this out this Thursday if I do not have my furniture. And I will go to bestway which was recommended before I chose to go with a company I had before but this location is just down right not caring and will give you multiple stories which I have all on record and saved.
