Go see Emoni & Marcus on Madison St! They helped us port over and got us set up really quick. Our bill is more reasonable and new phones!

I did an early upgrade and left the store with both phones, tried to return the phone and my order was canceled. I went to a different AT&T store and a representative reached out to this store and they said everything was okay. Now I am being charged for a phone I have had since December, which is not my fault because I tried to return it, the store canceled the order.

She was wondering and helped me when no one else could get me taken care of.

The staff was very friendly. Rae helped me get a new Iphone and was nice and willing to help with whatever questions I had. I also loved that she was willing to stay back after her shift was over to make sure my phone was set up and in working condition before I left. Highly recommend going to Rae for any assistance you may need.

The employees are extremely friendly and jumped right in to help us with whatever we needed! Dajha was incredibly helpful and patient with my fiancé and me. She called AT&T support and guided us through the entire upgrade process! While this was going on, she was able to help other clients in a timely manner! Thank y’all!

I was helped at this store by an amazing sales associate. Her name was Emani.
She was unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful with her knowledge. Her courtesy and respect were beyond reproach. I wish all sales professionals would carry themselves like Emani.
Her performance was commendable and reflects well deserved credit on Emani, on that specific location, and on the entire AT&T community as a whole.
Emani has made me want to recommend AT&T to my coworkers. She might have made AT&T some money!
