Worst store ever. Didn’t know what they were doing and messed up my phone. They mess up things on my phone and I always have to go to another store to get it fixed. Would not recommend this store. I would give negative stars if I could.

It took over an hour to get the phone replaced/upgraded… last time they used a flash system this time the transfer was longer… people came to my table during my flash which made me uncomfortable… the guy helping me was nice… but I had to ask him to tell the other people to go away…

I came in to see why my phone wasn't connecting to the network got a new Sim card and a network reset. Foe her to tell my a Galaxy 23 Fe was old and after a year stop working. We got no compensation on thr bill for not having service. Got insurance only for them to tell us we have to upgrade. So 500 late I still have no phone no service. And the store manager not racist cause her children father black. Couldn't get the number to the district manager and been on hold for a total of 43 minutes. There is no point of insurance all the people there just want u to upgrade

David at ATT on Wilma Rudolph in Clarksville TN was instrumental in solving a problem I ran into while upgrading my phone. He had great communication and in the end, the situation was resolved because of the work he did. I’m very appreciative to him. It’s the people that make the company- and David did a great job! Thank you David!

I usually don't leave reviews but I decided to just once just in case it may help someone. I wish I would have read reviews before making the switch haha. We finally decided to try AT&T internet after several attempts on their behalf you know how they always try to upsell you. Internet is fine, it works just as good as my previous provider. The issue is the billing. The only reason I switched is because they promised 2 months free internet, a promotion they offered at the time we set up internet with AT&T. Three months later and we still haven't seen these 2 free months. Not from lack of trying. I called customer service and they said it looks like the store never entered the promotion onto the account so they can't help me I have to go to the store directly. So I visited the store in person after the first month and they said give it 1 billing cycle and it should reflect. Okay cool. Still being billed so went back in person and they put in a ticket to try to get a credit applied to our account. Okay cool. Never heard anything a month later and still being billed so I have called the store twice, each time getting nowhere. Noone will tell me what is going on with my account and why I am not receiving my credit. They always just say they will call me back and never do. Assistant store manager Jason and store manager Lindsay have both said they will 'look into it' and 'call me back'. Never had this problem with CDE.

Tech did not swap out Sim card from old phone into new phone even when asked if he needed too. He said no. Had to go back later to resolve issue because phone would not work

My rating is for the store staff, very attentive, especially for Luis Sierra, who despite not speaking Spanish very well, did everything possible to provide us with excellent service... super friendly, respectful and professional in his area...

Keith is the person who helped me. He was patient, kind, and attentive. He searched specs on the watch I wanted when I had questions and he ordered it for me to have it delivered to my house. He also looked into my plan to save me a little bit of money every month! Even with adding the watch to my line, my bill still went down $9 per month. He's great, service in store was great.

Man going from Verizon to AT&T, best choice ever and also I don't see my bill going up for no reason. Have the same amount on lines and I pay half the bill when I was in Verizon. Look after your money people if not someone else will.??
