I stopped into the store because I lost service. The customer service rep told me that First Net had cancelled my line/number. I asked the customer service representative to call First Net since my phone was not working. She told me that it would take over an hour wait and wouldn’t do any good because First Net had already cancelled my line/number. My number was gone. She would however be happy to sell me another line/number. Stuck with a dead phone in the store of a company that had just cancelled me I chose to go to a competitor. They were more than happy to help me out. Now with a working phone I called First Net. 7 minutes later I was talking to a First Net customer representative. They told me that if the AT&T customer service rep had called they could have resolved the issue and reinstated my number. Due to the reluctance of AT&T to help a customer in need and I need a phone (I take emergency call for my hospital’s OR) I felt like my only option was to get another phone and number, but not with the same provider that just cancelled me.

People didn’t explain the plan, tacked on a protection plan I didn’t ask for while failing to inform me they were doing so, told me I would be there all night if they were to help me set up my phone which took me all of 10 minutes at my house but someone less technically inclined would struggle, and gave me a really hard time for leaving without a case and screen protector (went to Walmart had the same case for $20 less 😂)

5:30 PM 10/26:
Waited in line patiently just for the lady working there to have an attitude and refuse to pull up my account or explain anything to me about the account I created today over the phone.
I asked about an upgrade my app said I was eligible for and she said she wasn’t going to pull up my account because she “knew” it would be locked because she “worked there for 3 years” and my account would “report fraudulent” if I tried to upgrade today. Also told me that nobody in my town had any iPhones I would want anyways.
Just a miserable lady to even try to speak to, and wouldn’t even take the time to look at my account to see if she could see any information I couldn’t. Will never step foot in this ATT store again. I haven’t been with ATT for more than 24 hours and have already had a worse experience than when I was with TMobile for 5 years.

This AT@T location is wonderful. Me and my husband and my son went there yesterday to get better service and left our old carrier. Maxwell the rep that was there yesterday. Was Awesome and Wonderful and Polite and very knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and what we was looking for in devices. He did a wonderful job

I've gone in to this location a few times and always have the best service! I have to note that two of the times I've worked with Maxwell who is extremely kind and knowledgeable, and never makes me feel pressured to unnecessarily upgrade or spend. I went in today and upgraded a phone for a family member and was in and out within 20 minutes with the help of Maxwell. I'll go out of my way to continue to use this location!

The best customer service I have experienced in years. Alicia at the Tiny Town location went above and beyond to correct the problems I was having with my phone. She also explained the process of resetting my network for similar future problems. Thank you Alicia!

I was helped quickly and efficiently. Customer service was top tier. I wish I could remember all three of their names, but one of the employees that stood out was Erica. While attempting to transfer my phone number from Spectrum, I was met with an extremely rude Spectrum representative. I have anxiety and hate confrontation, but Erica stood up for me and I was so grateful. Her and two other associates (I think the guy's name was Chris I don't remember the other girls name) worked with me through that frustrating phone call, and we're able to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Communication was also amazing. They took that complicated, anxiety-inducing situation and absolutely crushed it with incredible customer service. I don't know what they're being paid but they deserve a raise, or some incentive because they are impeccable.

Maxwell is AMAZING!! Definitely the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was in and out with a brand new iPhone 14. I had issues with the phone when I got home, due to me messing something up on my end. Went back up there and Maxwell got the issue resolved in no time!! I have to throw in there that Kris is also great as well! I definitely recommend asking for Maxwell or Kris! ?

Kris at this store is AMAZING!! I had a nightmare (hours and hours on the phone with ATT) of an issue with a couple of business accounts. Kris spent hours assisting me to get everything sorted out. At the point I walked in to the store, I was so frustrated and defeated not knowing how to get the issues resolved. Kris, along with Erica and Alyssia, were great and so helpful!! I would highly recommend this location for the best customer service!!

Went to the Tiny Town Clarksville TN AT&T store yesterday and had a bad experience there. There was one sales man that was working there that was every rude and unprofessional. He had a customer before me that was angry with him. He was every unprofessional and rude with me and my children. I have had at&t for 22 years and never had unprofessional and rude sales man. My family members has had bad experience at this store also. I and my family members will no longer go to this store.
